Nice hotel, located close to Metro stations and plenty of dining options around. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was abundant. The only thing I didn't like was that they changed the towels every day without asking.
Unbeatable relation quality vs price
Great staff and facility. Breakfast buffet was excellent
Hector did an awesome job. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to come back. I really liked the location, not far from the airport and easily accessible to the metro.
Nice hotel. Great value and location. The buffet breakfast was great too
Everything was great, good location easy access to the metro and very easy to get around
This was a nice urban hotel that served our purposes for a short stay. Reasonably priced. Decent amenities. Poor internet connectivity.
Impossible to work in the hotel room : no internet at all. I called the reception and the receptionist ansewred "he had no idea what could be done about the internet". Upon arrival, as we were with lots of suitcases, we asked for a luggage cart or some help and receptionist said that neither there was somebody that could help us nor the hotel had a luggage cart. Most unfriendy reception ever in all work shifts (morning, afternoon and night).
Nice hotel, located within minutes of the subway station which is about 15 minutes ride to city center, and the main attractions. The room was clean, but it was not maintained property: parts of the wall paper were torמ, the shower head was loose (we asked for fixing it, but it didn't happen...). The bed was comfortable.
Vincent Price could have taken lessons in creepyness from the vampyric ghoul that greeted me at the reservation desk..perhaps it was my fault for the late check-in...I was unceremoiously sent to the second floor where I found my room despite the dark hallway. Shock! My horse´s stall is bigger than the room I was assigned. 14´x 14´ does not construe a hotel room by any standard. Luckily it was equiped with a bath (I would not have ventured back out into the scarey hallway)There was no light, even at 9:30 in the morning because there are no windows (my horse has a window in his stall!) There´s no real room service, but the buffet breakfast is ample and tasty. The waitstaff in the Cafeteria are quite nice and attractive people. During the day the desk staff is also quite accomodating and friendly, no ghouls. I´m wondering what freak commity gave this place four stars..Zenit hotels could be the reason Madrid loses the bid for the 2016 Olympics.
Siempre regreso
