We were taken to this hotel for our lunch as a group, the food here was awful, beef that was like raw liver, chicken on the bone in a sauce but the chicken was blood not cooked. the rice was not good either, we ended up having nothing to eat at all.
The facility is located few minutes walk from the MGM and other big compounds. The hotel is very clean, quiet and comfortable. The room are spacy with all necessary inside. The hotel even provide the smartphone for local use - very nice. The staff is very friendly and providing all necessary assistance. Restaurants are also very good - the dishes are big and tasty, the prices very reasonable and the service is good.
this hotel was owned by jackie chan very famous artist... this hotel include casino inside.. buffet lunch very various menu and delicious... they have mirror in front of the hotel dont stand in front of the mirror or bodyguard will kick you out. the floor was built by gold... with england guard
The hotel is full of old chinease people. It is very noisy. The staff is not very friendly but helpfull. We have print some pages and print service is MOP/HKD$5 per page. The room are big.Bigger than HK hotels. Nice music in hotel sound system. The breakfast was not very good. The hotel have free shuttle bus from ferry terminal. In the front of the hotel is a small 7elevent store with food and usual goods. It is the only place where you can eat in big area. The hotel is very close to the main attractions of the city. The Lisboa Hotel/Casino is near. A lot of gold Jewelery shops are in the area. The price per night is good.
Metropark hotel is a 4 star hotel in Macau with 26 floors and 350 rooms. We were in a group of around 30 people on a day trip to Macau from Hongkong and had lunch at this hotel. It was a 3 course buffet with many varieties of veg and non vegetarian dishes. There were many deserts and pastries. The preparations were chinese and we enjoyed having lunch there.
Even if the location is ok and the staff is nice, the hotel looks old and the carpet stinks. It looks an old hotel from the 70', and the worst is the view from the twin bedroom (I let you see the pics). Never again.
Buffet lunch is okay. Variety of food including Macau dishes which is a blend of Chinese and Portuguese cuisine. Limited salad and desert selection. Don't expect expensive foods such as steaks, lobster or similar.
Amazing value for money. Booked a double room, got upgraded to a deluxe room free of charge. Room is really nice and spacious and they use special mattresses you can choose between soft and hard (there is a flyet about it in the room) it was extremely comfortable. The sheets are unlike anything I ve tried for this price, very luxurious. You will sleep very well. Hotel is very calm, no noise can be heard from the room. Very much enjoyed the stay there. Check in only available from 3pm- that is too late. Restaurants in the hotel are not good. (Both chinese and western)
Very spacious and clean. The linens are clean, even the extra bed. Had adjacent room for me and my 4 friends. The staff are accommodating but had difficulty in communicating with them in English. Taxi is means of transportation. Wasnt able to use the pool, but we regreted when we saw that it was very clean and no one was using it.
The check in very bad always give the room after 4 pm and this time I booking for 2 night but they ask me to call Ctrip for confirm my booking because in the hotel have just one night booking in the same time i call from my room the idiot of front desk call me for ask upgrade the room for 200 hkd for night very disappoiment for me and my wife
