Hotel Lisboa

5.0 out of 5.0

I loved everything there. Definitely 5 out of 5. The hotel is not new, but it is in the perfect shape. Everything is so good that I can hardly think of any possible improvement. I will always stay there when traveling to Macau.

I stayed there for the second time and everything was even better than last year. The hotel is NOT modern, but very nice, beautiful and well-maintained.

It was amazing hotel with nice and large rooms. The staff helped us with the laugage and the transfortation from the ferry station was quick.

We really liked it. We did not come to Macao to gamble. It is true that this hotel has a big casino, which makes it different from regular hotels as way too many people are in the lobby and public areas. Besides this, there is no single chair in the entire lobby, which is huge. On the other, the room is very nice, comfortable both for work and rest, and it is much better than in typical Las Vegas hotels, where the room is designed as a place for short breaks for casino players.

As a Macau first timer wasn't sure what to expect. This hotel has been around a looong time BUT has been renovated introducing great amenities and ambiance while maintaining some of the charm of its' heritage. Rooms, all common areas (far from "common") and staff were very impressive. From the doorman, to the reception area, bellmen, room attendants and restaurant servers - all top drawer. English was spotty but always someone who could help! Only ate at one restaurant. Buffet left nothing to be desired! Fantastic and the server was unbelievable. She was busy yet managed to anticipate customers' needs!

Stay there was good. But if you need a taxi you can't get it

Good place to trip in macau Big room & kind staff

The location is superb and the breakfast vouchers are worth the price!

The hotel is huge and very easy getting lost. Most hotel staffs I contacted are not patient answering questions, except one person who is super nice. This hotel is no where close to 5 stars hotel.

We stayed here for almost a week and enjoyed every minute! The comforts provided were luxurious, the staff was exceptional, the food was good in the hotel's restaurant, and the location was perfect. We felt the Hotel Lisboa was the best in Macau for the most reasonable price.

Good room size. It was dated but neat and clean. The bathroom had been updated and the shower was great. Bed was firm and comfortable. Plenty to do inside the Lisboa complex. For $80 it was a good value. Restaurant was nothing special. Staff was good. The hote had personality. If you want something nicer I'd head over to contai.

The staff was rude. The partition between rooms is thin. Room were extremely noisy at night. The hotel shuttle service was poor. We were ordered by an unhelpful staff to take shuttle bus tickets ourselves even we said we were the hotel guest.

Nice and close to shops and city. Lots of security.

Highly recommended! I enjoyed it's old charm and modern amenities.

It is a somewhat older 5 star hotel, but the room was clean, hotel staff nice and helpful. It is definitely one of the best value hotels in Centre Macau.

Lisboa Hotel offers good value for money given its amenities and location. Service by staff can be so so but overall it is quite good.

The hotel looks a bit dated from the outside, but inside it is well appointed. The staff were friendly, the room was huge, and there was some crazy techy shower system that you'd typically find in more expensive hotels or not even there. I enjoyed my stay, and enjoyed figuring out the spa/sauna/shower thing. It's located on one end of Macau, but an easy walk to most parts on the north end, also a free shuttle to the ferry terminal.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Got a free upgrade when I checked in so that started it off in a great way. Very high class, lots of great pieces of art. Very Friendly staff. Room was very comfortable. The best shower/ bath tub ever! Jacuzzi tub with a hand held shower head and it had a over head shower head too. Just awesome. Its located i the heart of all the action. I didnt even explore Macau's other islands because there was soo much to do in the area. It's a little pricey but really its a deal for the area your in. I would def stay in the Hotel Lisboa again.

nice old classical hotel in Macau from the Portuguese times

this was a great hotel and location for Macau city. right next to the bus interchange, good clean rooms and facilities well serviced, great WiFi, The pool is small but I did not need to use it. Helpful staff, No issue at all. However do note that this is a bit of a pick-up place with girls parading in the basement shopping area and there is a high traffic of girls to rooms on some levels. Not an issue as they remain fully dressed, keep to themselves and their clients and do not interfere with you. But some people may be sensitive to this especially if you have kids along.
