Can be confusing if you didn't know they place amenities in the drawer at bathroom. At first, I didn't know they were in the drawer, so I called housekeeping about the issue. They respond immediately and one of the housekeeper came to our room in less than 3-5 minutes. The deluxe room has some wear and tear, but overall, room in pretty good condition. We got to the hotel at 10:30AM and room is not ready, so we dropped our belongings with the concierge and walked to sightseeing places. By 2-2:30 PM, room is ready. Location is very convenient. Hotel offers free shuttle bus to and from ferry port, bus stops nearby and within walking distance to many sightseeing places. There is a free shuttle bus to the City of Dream that is very close to the hotel. The free breakfast buffet offers lots of selection. Will stay again the next time I come to Macau.

The hotel location was centrally located in Macau. The room was standard American size and is considered large for Asia standards. The amenities package that the hotel provided us were nice and the staff were very friendly. The issue we had with our room was the air condition did not work properly to cool the room, which made it uncomfortable during the middle of the night and it was too late for us to complain since we were only staying for 1 evening. The shuttle wait at Cotai was longer than 30 minutes, which was like 50 minutes and there was not a clear indication where the bus stop was. Overall, the hotel was okay and it is showing is age, we chose it for its location.
