It's not a luxury property but it's a great hotel. Price was reasonable, staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable, clean and decent sized also. Location is very close to airport and the convention grounds, so very convenient, free parking also. It was good that we had a car since most restaurants and activities required a drive. Free breakfast was nice too. Downside was the aircraft noise, some even late at night. Would definitely book here again,

It is convenient place for everything ... downtown, cleanliness, services. Thanks to the Mgt. for keeping the staff happy & positive mind. Which reflects through their attitude towards customers which is superb. I'll stay again if visit again. Thanks.
Overall it is good place
Key did not work initially. I was traveling alone (had several bags) and on the second floor so I tried to call the front desk #on my cell—no one answered. Called again-no answer. Had to walk everything back downstairs Got another key/room and thankfully it worked. Room was clean but bed was so hard. Didn’t sleep at all.
Staff was beyond helpful
Overall the room was nice, but the bathroom was dingy. The hotel was quiet, but the fitness center had no working equipment. And, in the morning, they had no caffeinated coffee!!!
I like the convenience of the location from the highway and exposition center. Early morning fire alarm for a smoky kitchen was an inconvenience; no communication from staff on whether to exit the building and when safe to re-enter.
