Work has now brought me to Louisville. I’ve stayed at a few Motels to date and this Red Roof Inn hands down is the best. There isn’t a lot of Food Ootions, a Waffle House directly in front of the Building. Cabke T.V. & Internet were great. The Room had a Coffee Maker, big plus for me. Some Rooms have Microwave & Refrigerator (book early). Clean, quiet, comfortable and the two Gentleman that checked me in were very helpful.

Didn't stay. Both rooms we looked at were terrible smelled and were dirty. They also told me they had shuttle service when i called them when i made our reservations weeks ago. We started check in and then backed out when rooms and what they had told me wasn't true. Contacted expedia for a refund and they are suposedly working on it still. Have not seen a resolution yet. No breakfast offered. The walls are paper thin, heard the tv next store through the walls. People were fighting on the other side. There was a gap in our door we could hear people outside The alarm went off at 4am so we woke up and left at 4:15am

I don’t usually complain, but our experience was horrible. The doors didn’t lock or close well unless you slammed them. The bathroom door couldn’t be locked at all. Then in the morning, around 10, a lady knocked on our door. I said “Hold on,” but she kept knocking and said “Housekeeping.” I repeated “Hold on, I’m putting my clothes on,” but she still opened the door. It didn’t open all the way because I rushed to hold it closed. It was a horrible experience. You should know whether guests have already checked out before entering their rooms.
