Our 2400 square-foot home is in the heart of the very popular Highlands neighborhood. It is within walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars on Bardstown Road and Baxter Avenue, yet provides a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle. Free side street parking, huge backyard, the perfect place!
The space
Our home is an open and warm place. The hardwood floors and exposed brick give it an eclectic feel, while still being comfortable. We love to be outside at our house. Our patio is spacious and protected. We also have a double lot with privacy fence so there is plenty of backyard to enjoy as well.

This is an impressive place in one of the best spots in Louisville! Very clean, incredible air conditioning and a cozy little patio to watch the lightening bugs! Our only recommendation is some of the beds had uncomfortable mattresses!

Great spot in a neat part of town

We had a group of 9 adults, and the house was great! The owner has lots of personal possessions in the property, the feeling is very much that they live there full time and rent it out while traveling for work, it a similar situation. It didn't impede our stay at all, just noting it. Awesome location, walking distance to many bars and restaurants in a cool part of town.

Perfect Stay for the Kentucky Derby

This house was a perfect property for my group attending the Kentucky Derby. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us and even left us all the necessities to make mint juleps (including planting extra mint in her garden for us). We really felt welcomed in the home! The large back patio area also made for a great place for us to hang out in the evenings. Private parking made it easy for us, but there was also ample street parking as well. Walkable to restaurants, etc. Will stay again!

Wonderful house in a great neighborhood

I joined four of my old college roommates for a weekend to watch Notre Dame play Louisville. We loved this house. It was clean, spacious and it had plenty of towels/dishware/grilling tools. The neighborhood has a lot character and is a five minute walk from a very fun bar district. Vinnie was also a very responsive, friendly host too! Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic Property and Host

I rented the property for a get together of old friends in their 20s and 30s and the property was perfect. The location is great for restaurants and night life. The property has a great patio and yard area as well. Will definitely book again if in Louisville.

Fabulous Place

This place was super cute and in a great location. The back deck area is very cute! We had 10 adults/teens and we all fit just fine. There was some serious bathroom sharing, but we managed just fine. The owner was very responsive and helpful!
