Marquis Los Cabos, All Inclusive Resort & Spa - Adults Only

The Marquis Los Cabos is a beautiful resort! The grounds are impeccable, the staff is so wonderful and the drinks are great! The resort is very quiet, except for the mesmerizing waves crashing in. The infinity pools are beautiful with stunning views of the ocean. There was always a spot for us to sit, and was never right next to someone. It was a very relaxing time, as the staff takes great care of you and you are surrounded by beautiful views. What can be better?

The staff was exceptional. Always pleasant and ready to help. The rooms were clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Nice touches like multiple choices for pillow softness or firmness. Morning delivery of a pot of coffee and breakfast rolls instead of the usual awful mini-drip coffee maker in the room and it's delivered in a locking pass-through so not intrusive. About the only area I feel needs work is the menu's in the multiple restaurants. I'd rather they be tailored a bit more towards the North American diet, without as much Mexican flair as was evident. And if you're a regular consumer of Sushi you'll be disappointed with the Sushi restaurant, which really just doesn't come close to good sushi. But regardless the entire staff is devoted to making sure your stay is one that you want to repeat. And I no doubt will in the future. Oh, and since it's all inclusive - be prepared to gain weight. There's always a smiling face ready to bring you a constant supply of food and drink of your choice.

View from pool is amazing. Pools are cold. Food is fair - we've had much better. Small bar. Not much to do after sunset.

This is a very nice hotel with a relaxing atmosphere where adults can come to relax. There are no children at this resort. The check in is not very easy as there are not enough people working and it takes a very long time to check-in. We waited a very short period of time but other people waited 2+ hours. The all inclusive aspect of the resort is nice but also means there are long waits for breakfast, dinner, etc..especially at the sushi restaurant. Many restaurants are only open some days not all days. The activities throughout the day from 10am to 5pm are great!

First time doing an all-inclusive experience and would definitely come back.

What a delightful surprise when we arrived at the Marquis! The entrance is "awe" inspired and the view takes your breath away. Totally a 5 Star experience.... the amazing & delightful staff, beautiful resort setting, exceptional service... I would totally recommend this gorgeous property to friends and family.

Great all inclusive resort. Good food. Good entertainment. Very attentive staff. Really enjoyed our stay.

We celebrated our Anniversary at the Marquis Los Cabos and we found it to be an excellent experience. We stayed at the property for a week and we were thoroughly pleased. We found the surroundings clean and the staff to be very attentive. Having stayed at a number of all-inclusive hotels we were a bit skeptical about the food, but the quality of the food was GREAT. Make sure to try the ceviche. The French restaurant costs extra but is certainly worth it. The mexican restaurant was also very nice. We were really impressed with the service of the staff..They worked extremely hard and were extremely humble. The hotel is located on the corridor and is closer to San Jose del Cabo. I think the environment is more suitable for those persons looking for a relaxing vacation and to really enjoy the surroundings.

This was our second stay at this hotel and will definitely return again. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom has two sinks, a large walk in shower, a big jacuzzi tub. Nice thick towels, robes and slippers are in each room. The turn down service at night puts the slippers next to the bed on a small mat and a bottle of water on the nightstand. Room service is excellent.

Had a very nice time here at the Marquis. There room was great. Love the heavy wood features and unique design. Nice amenities. The food at all 5 restaurants is high quality and presentation is beautiful. Staff are super sweet and have warm hospitality like no other. View was gorgeous. Lots of activities and entertainment are available if you wish to participate. Cons: The only things I didn't realize.... I figured transportation into Cabo or was close and easy. It's $35.00 USD cab ride each way. The beach, while gorgeous, is not swimmable. Overall I loved the Marquis and discovered that it's ideal place for rest and relaxation. I will be return.

My wife and I took the first vacation without kids in almost 5 years and we chose Marquis for one very simple reason: Adults Only! We had an excellent stay and have nothing but nice things to say about the hotel, amenities, friendly staff, location and overall laid back environment. Here is the only negative thing I can mention for those who seek out All-Inclusive and for those who love visiting Cabo: 1. The food is good/not great. Best meals we enjoyed were poolside or room service. That said, we really loved the room service breakfast options. The three main restaurants were good, but there was nothing we had that was "wow" or "amazing"and I only mention this because we have hit quite few All-inclusives and the food was always amazing. 2. Cabo is a party town and I've had many late and fun nights out around the marina/squid/office/clubs and Marquis is basically the opposite. It's very quiet and offers normal resort activities, but that's exactly what we wanted. We did go into town one night to visit our favorite restaurant "Nik-San" which is the best sushi I've ever experienced. The hotel was hit hard by the recent hurricane and the rooms and the grounds look very new. A server "Joseph" was one of those very special poolside servers who went above and beyond his job and when he heard we really wanted a float for the pool (not offered) and he went to Costco and bought one and delivered the next day. That's great customer service!

Service was excellent, food quality was very good and entire area was extremely clean and well-maintained.

If you are looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle, Marquis is your place. We thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our 10 year anniversary here. The staff was friendly and the service was outstanding. The food and dining was excellent. The only down fall was the restaurants were not open every night, but 24 hour room service was always an option and a nice variety available throughout the day. Several infinity pools to enjoy and a fun entertainment staff. The bus ride to Cabo San Lucas was easy, cheap and safe. We don't usually visit the same place twice, but we will definitely return to Marquis in the future!

Great hotel..... the only downside is The beach is too rough for swimming.

Amazing 4 days... Food, entertainment, and service was exceptional. You can't enter ocean in front of hotel but the short walk to bay near Hilton was nice.

The staff is very attentive and caters to all your needs

This review is for both times we've stayed at Marquis. We spent 6 days this year, 3 more days than last year. We had such a great time last year that we were ready to book even before leaving the resort! The service was great and the food was above average, but the ceviche was great! This year was a bit lacking in customer service, compared to last years'. Probably the increase in the number of guests was to blame - guest to staff ratio was off? This is by no means a deal breaker since I'm pretty sure their service would still surpass most resorts. Also, I've used most of their facilities and they are well-kept and clean. I've used the gym - pretty small but the times I've used it, there was about only 2 more people using the gym. Towels were ready and water easily accessible. Overall, we still had an amazing time other than the slight difference from last years'.

Great, quiet place!!!! The staff and views are amazing!!!

Love, love, love this resort. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to escape from every day life and relax.
