The staff were lovely. The lobby was great. The rooms were nice. However, there was no maid service. No fresh towels. No toilet paper. No staff during the very very very busy RoseBowl week. And the price paid per night was exorbitant compared to a regular night stay at another time. Price gouging!!!

The staff was extremely helpful during our stay. They answered all the questions I had about the parking garage and the traffic of the Rose Parade. The location is great and we enjoyed being able to walk to good eateries along the parade route. We will definitely be staying here again.

Staff was amazing, very good atmosphere at the Comet Club for breakfast (Adriana you're the best). Great location, absolutely loved it. Definitely worth the money, will stay again next time when I'm in town.
