It was close to Budget where we dropped car off and convenient to airport. Very quiet and comfortable. Nice happy hour.

Great hotel. I come here everytime I come to LA. Like everywhere in LA parking is a nightmare. Arrive early if you don't want the last spot in the place. Made to order eggs are my favorite here. Staff is super friendly.

Parking is $29.99 plus tax per car which was not mentioned at check-in. Construction noise during the day was annoying. They did not offer any type of discount for the noise inconvenience. They also charged $40 to stay past the 12 pm check out time. Our party had a total of 8 rooms combined and they did not offer any courtesy discounts. Spent over $2000 for all the rooms, very disappointing customer service. They were not accommodating at all. However, rooms were nice, spacious, comfortable and breakfast was good.

Most of thing’ good but too much noise from outside traffic. No good night sleep.

Only a 5 minute ride from the airport on their free shuttle. In the 8th floor room I stayed in did not hear any airport noise. Breakfast Buffet was excellent with plenty of choices. The on site restaurant is pricey but the food is excellent with Burger King as a second option within walking distance.

Very nice place to stay. Spacious suites. Two TVs. One in the living area and one in the bedroom. Fridge in the room is very convenient. The atrium area in this hotel is very comfortable. Excellent happy hour and breakfast very good. My husband and Inmet a visiting family member at this hotel and enjoyed sitting in the atrium on comfortable couches and very nice lighting. It was quiet. Parking is 29.00 per day, but very convenient. Pool is smallish.

All was well until I checked out and found that they charged me two dollars a minute for out of county calls. I thought this practice had gone out years ago, I consider it a cheep trick. The cost of long distance these days in nith8ng to the hotel. No expense, no manpower. I felt and still feel cheated! I was not notified of this charge until I checked out!

Spent the night here before our overseas flight. Nice, clean, very friendly staff, enjoyed our stay.

Thought I was getting suite but got instead a single room behind a storage room and service elevator. Paid outrageous amount for that room

Friendly staff and convenient to airport though shuttle schedule variable. Managers special free drinks and appetizers a bonus on arrival.

Cancellation process isn't what is promoted. Would not promote this hotel to anyone coming from our of the country.

Hotel location was perfect for early flight to get some sleep nearby. However the AC in our unit was not working properly. The other room our family was in was used for comparison and was fine. Our room was warm and we were sweating at night and couldn't sleep comfortably. We spoke tothe staff and they sent a tech to the room to take a look. The tech left a note saying issue was fixed, by this time it was late night and we got back from dinner. It was not fixed. The room was still uncomfortably warm. My child and I were in sweat the few hours we were trying to sleep. When checking out, told the staff and we just got the basic cookie cutter response, "I'll inform my manager". Thanks for nothing.

Our family of five had a great time during our one night stay. Hotel's shuttle service to LAX was awesome allowing for family to ride along with our daughter to LAX at 5am and return to hotel in shuttle after she made it into security screening. The shuttle made not having to deal with parking at LAX very nice..

Well maintained place, nice place to stay before or after your flight at LAX.

An extremely clean hotel with very nice amenities. Surprisingly, there were a lot of children in the hotel whopping seemed to be enjoying all of the amenities dailly. The hotel is very beautiful, well kept by the maiintenamce staff and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and slept very comfortably on their soft clean sheets in a very comfortable bed. The sofa bed not too comfortable (laugh.) The room was equipped with everything needed to start your day with prompt maid service and attentiveness to you during your stay. There was also a full course breakfast each day and happy hour. Once you close your room door the people noise from the outside totally dissappears. The rooms must be sound proof, other than the outside street noise from the mini balconies we slept like newborn babies. Yes, we would highly recommend, this hotel derserves at least 4 STARS!

We lived in this hotel during 2016 Christmas holiday although we traveled to Palm Spring, Covina and other places to enjoy nature and visit friends. Every day we got up early to enjoy the delicious breakfast with many varieties to have a fresh start of a day. The room was clean with all necessary things for bath except slippers (of course slippers in hotel is not common in US). The lobby had very high ceiling and large sitting area with luxury feeling. It also provided free snacks and drinks in the evening although we only enjoyed the first day due to coming back late in the following days. Very relax to stay in this hotel. I will choose it next time when traveling with family.

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel for a conference and ended up getting a handicap accessible room. The room was okay, but not layed out well and the shower was very difficult. When we complained the next morning, the front desk person helped immediately and moved us to a different room. Great work Ernesto!!! When we checked out they didn't mention we needed to get our parking ticket validated to leave. They knew we had a car parked it is over $30 a day to park our car, which they had no problem charging us, but when we tried to get out our ticket didn't work and the phone to contact the front desk was not working. I ended up finding a ticket somebody else had left on top of the machine that let me out. For $30 a day for parking it should be valeted and mentioned before you get to the hotel. We stayed at the Marriott across the street 4 months ago and they made sure that you had everything for parking and the parking was half the price. They are just making a bunch of money on people with cars. Add 20% to your hotel stay if you want to park a car.

Cheap with kids but parking is way too expensive.

Free vending free cooked breakfast nice staff not a king size bed as promised and carpet had that weird motel/hotel smell but over a great stay nice suite

Very nice ,clean and very comfortable hotel to stay for the whole family .They have a good swimming pool and good complimentary snacks and breakfast the kids they enjoy a lot.
