It was ok

Paying $40 per night for parking is absolutely ridiculous especially when parking is sparce. If you don't get in early, you don't get a parking space. For my 6 day stay, I had to drive around for 30 minutes to find parking at least 3 times. Not good on vacation. The room was adequate. The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking around the vent. The paint on the walls were peeling. The smell when you entered the hotel was over powering. I expected more for what was being paid. I don't understand daily deposit that was required. Overall....I was not satisfied.

Safe, secure hotel. I enjoyed the fact that it takes a card to get into the building and onto the elevator. It was a clean location and staff was pleasant.

Like most Embassy’s, the indoor layout was beautiful and welcoming. The exterior windows and doors are quite dated with traffic noise filtering into the rooms form most of the night. This could be fixed by doing away with the small balcony altogether and replacing with windows which were sound proof.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had in my life. For one, I chose the hotel with the expectation of a nicer experience. Not top notch but not what I received either. The room was absolutely disgusting and I have over 20 hd photos to prove that. The parking garage action lever wouldn’t trigger to go up so I could leave. My card was charged twice for the $250 hold fee and I still don’t have either back. The staff seemed in incompetent to be able to perform their job duties correctly and efficiently. Don’t stay here unless you want what I described honestly. I brought my complaints to the front desk and got offered nothing. Given a corporate number. Nice to know that’s what I get for paying more for a room.

Like the proximity to LAX, attractive architecture and lobby; spacious room, great breakfast.

Great location to the airport and within walking distance of a few things. The shuttle was great. We were very appreciative since our cruise was abruptly cancelled and we didn’t want to stay down at the port. Winny was def a highlight for sure for the kids!
