It’s Cool, clean and the staff was nice. Only here for one night but it seems like a quiet area. There is a Jack in The Box on the corner so it’s a short walk for a late night snack.

The people were nice but the room was really small and the wood floors were dirty. Their was a big gap between the bed and head board(not safe). Some of the towels were dirty and has hair on them. Finally the blanket had a hole in it. The price I paid I don’t believe it was worth it.

We booked a room here last minute , got a king size bed which we wanted as we walked into the room it smelled like pee it was bad, I went to check the bathroom and in the shower there was a web with 3 spiders crawling. It was not a good experience at all

Shower pressure barely came out. Large room only plus. Very old, looks like they tried to fix up but only painted over problems. Only needed a nights stay to catch a flight. Clean but not the best stay for $100

Wasnt the best, beds were uncomfortable rooms smelled like dust I didnt like my stay

We were going to be in Long Beach for one night and just needed a place to sleep. This motel met that requirement... barely. The room was clean but needed paint. The furniture seemed to be from somewhere else and didn't fit... the dresser was too long for the wall, and the door to the room just cleared the foot of the bed... (It caught on the bed spread in the morning when the spread was down near the foot of the bed) One of the bed pillows was a sofa cushion stuffed into a pillow case. Parking was tight and there was none available when we got back late at night and had to park a block away on a residential street.

I agree with everyone else. It was a horrible experience. Management was not friendly or pleasant. The room was plane, no coffee pot, hard mattress, no extra blankets, NO PARKING...My 25 year old daughter had to park her truck 2 blocks from hotel on dark streets and in a bad part of Long Beach. My husband escorted my daughter back to hotel, but had to walk though various family members at 11pm that loiter. Not a comfortable situation. We arrived at 5pm and we couldn't leave fast enough. The next morning at 6:45am, we were gone. We half- way slept on the hard beds, got showered in the morning and got out of there. Scared to eat breakfast......Went to the Coffee Bean for a great cup of coffee and sat outside in the warm sunshine on comfortable seats to relax and enjoy the morning. Located near the air port in Long Beach.

This is place just to sleep and shower. The rooms and location are clean. The staff are not friendly and will not let you check in before 3 p.m even if the rooms are clean and ready for use.

I just want the 5% off but over all a decent hotel for a one nighter!!

I needed a last minute place and considering the price I got for it, it wasn't so bad. The room was clean but the showers and some lights didn't work very well. They had free internet that wasn't reliable but hey, it's free. If you're looking for a luxurious place to stay do not come here but if you need a place to use for getting ready and to sleep it's not bad.

No closet to hang clothes continental breackfast empty

We had a non smoking room that smelled like someone just smoked a pack of cigerettes inside. The walls were paper thin and we heard the neighbors stomping, people talking and there television. Parking was wierd and hard to find and the location is in the ghetto.

worst experience i have every had went to bathroom they had love lube on back of the john i thought i was a rent by the hour room i didnot stay in room just left.

A great overall experience. The check-in staff was friendly and efficient. Room was large and very nice. Several special touches, such as folding washcloths in a decorative way. Wi-Fi worked great. Room was large and well arranged. The bed was a bit hard, but overall a great experience.
