Lovely hotel but….

The photos of the rooms showed a coffee maker but these were not available in any room. This is poor & deceptive. The room was lovely but no cleaning until requested the night before. Lovely pool area but pool wasn’t heated.

A total gem!!

A total gem of a hotel! Very dog-friendly which was a huge bonus for us. Great area with lots of dining options. Absolutely charming all around. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean. Tub had a few finger prints on the rail that I wish would not have been there. I asked for extra sheets and one of them had a stain. The place was amazing over all and could be even better if you ask me. I would definitely like to stay here again

Hotel has a lot of character and is conveniently located with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distant. The lobby area is great, with lots of comfortable seating. The room itself was cozy, but well decorated and the bed for comfortable. However we were disappointed with 2 things during our stay. First, the WiFi barely worked in our room, which made it impossible for us to take work meetings in the room. That was a big inconvenience for us and we ended up having to spend money for a coworking space. We asked the front desk if there was better wifi we could pay for, and they said no and didn’t offer any alternative solutions. Second issue was the drain in our shower was clogged and almost overflowed. The hotel sent someone same day to fix this, but then the room had a sewage smell for the rest of our stay. If a hotel charges an additional facilities fee/resort fee on top of the room rate, I expect everything to work well. Hotel has a lot of potential. Wasn’t a bad stay, but wasn’t great.

Really enjoyed our stay. Came here after a day at Disney just to relax for our next day at Universal Studios. Very comfortable bed and close to Old Town Pasadena which had a lot of dining options. Friendly staff.
