Room was very comfortable, but there are a few items that must be addressed. Specifically, there was no towel rack/holder at the sink, where obviously you are washing your hands, face, etc. and a towel at hand is necessary. Also, there is no towel rack at the shower area. There is a towel warmer, but that is often being used for another towel. In the shower, the floor is a bit slippery and there is NO grab bar within the shower. They are easily affixed (I’ve done it) and would greatly improve safety in the shower. Thanks.

I stayed here for 4 nights. My room was spacious and clean. It had all the amenities I needed. It’s centrally located in Piccadilly Circus area and close to several underground stations plus popular tourist areas. It’s walkable to major tourist hubs. The staff were fine. I only had 2 issues- one is that I requested my room to not be cleaned one day yet it was. Second, the rebate they offer for not having a room cleaned is not clear and 3 different staff menbers gave me 3 different information. It was a little fristratinf and not worth the reward (which I never bothered to claim).

Room was not clean, housekeeping was very poor. The smell of industrial carpet cleaner was overwhelmning. A reported issue was not dealt with.
After our first night we reported an air vent in the bathroom that was on constantly. This was the hotel response. We removed it that evening as we were concerned about a fire risk due to veing beside the hot light. The vent was not repaired.

Perfect location for what we wanted to see and do. Room 403 was pretty quiet considering it looks out onto the corner of Leicester sq. staff were very friendly and helpful Not having a bar is not an issue as there are loads of options within a couple of minutes walk.

Brilliant hotel in a great location.

The very lovely lady on reception was excellent. She looked on the system for the best room and gave us one with a great view of Leicester Square(307!) The room itself was very comfortable with a very large bed. The buffet breakfast was again excellent with a large variety of food on offer. The staff there were friendly and efficient. The location couldn't be better, with an easy walk to Covent Garden. We will be back next year!

Thistle Picadilly is in an amazing location. Walkable area in the heart of the theatre district and very close to taxis and the tube.

In this case it's really all about the location. We found it a bit pricey but would suggest that it's the norm in London right now so it wasn't outrageous. The location is fantastic though. Very walkable to most of the major things you would want to see and a quick cab ride or subway ride to the others. As a travel agent I would have no problem recommending this to my guests. The breakfast was pretty good and compares to those you would find at a typical Holiday Inn Express.

I know they are in the process of renovating, but we had an older junior suite. It was as clean as they could make it, but def old. Musty smell if you don’t run the AC. Can’t be the location.

Very well located and close to shopping and dining. Walking distance to Trafalgar Square and Oxford Street. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is optional but the buffet is quite good. I would stay there again.
