The room was quite small, barely any room to even walk past the bed as it took up the entire width of the room. The bathroom also had some mold on the ceiling, particularly in the shower area. And the shower was, literally, the size of an airline bathroom. It was very modern though, and the staff was nice. The neighborhood location was great, and they called me a cab right away. It had a decent bar/restaurant as well.

The location ,staff were excellent the mattress needed to be updated otherwise the sheets pillows were in very good condition and clean.

Great location- you can easily walk to Hyde Park or to Harrods. We had a family room with a king and two twins, which was great for our family of four. Still room to walk around. The breakfast was one of the best on our trip and we stayed at 7 different hotels, so that's saying a lot! They offer a coffee machine that makes on demand lattes, coffee, cappuccinos, etc. We would stay at this hotel again!

Stayed twice recently and first room was small and inconvenient. Second stay had large room so issues were corrected after we addressed them. Nice facilities and location feels safe and. Onvenisnt to Kensington and Knightsbridge.

This hotel was ok. It looks nice and modern, but wasn't particularly well kept or super clean. The location is walkable to the tube. It is quite noisy inside the rooms, as you can clearly hear anything in the hallway and next door, or heels above you. Breakfast was 15GBP so I skipped that. Good for Spanish speakers as the company which owns it is Spanish.

The stay was pleasant ; but not excellent because the room was hot ! I did go to front desk & request to lower the temperature to my comfort ! I spent two nights in a room with no actual AC ! It felt like the fan on instead of the AC! The staffs in the dinning room are very nice & helpful ! We had breakfast at the hotel for 2 days during our stay! We will definitely enjoy more if the room was in the right temperature !

Great staff, clean and efficient. My wife and I really liked the decor. The only small problem was the space between the bed and desk unit.

staff were very friendly and as helpful as I could wish. Mattresses left something to be desired. The house white wine was exceptional. The hotel decor was unique in my experience.

I am sorry to hear that you did find our room and the bathroom to small to your liking which I do understand and have taken on board your feedback which I am happy to inform you that I have passed on your comments to relevant department to have this issues fixed however we're unable to change the size of the room due to the fact the layout and the building been a grade two listed one we have very limited rights however We shall be looking at all our guest bathrooms to be refurbished in the near future to try and maximize the space. I was happy to see that our staff and location was to your liking and its something that I do hear a lot about how friendly our staff and the service to our lovely guest. I was happy to see that you did like our great location, staff and cleanliness, I am so sorry that you did find the shower small and had a bad smell which I have immediately passed on this to my Maintenance Manager to have this checked and fixed. I am happy to inform you that we do have plans of doing some changers in the coming months ahead with all our guest bathrooms to try and maximize space to make sure our guest feels more comfortable. I have also made a note on the water bottles which we shall be looking at if we do need to change this to make sure our guest has the best experience. I do trust that you will be back once again. close to hyde park, perfect walking distance

Front of the Hotel

Great location- you can easily walk to Hyde Park or to Harrods. We had a family room with a king and two twins, which was great for our family of four. Still room to walk around. The breakfast was one of the best on our trip and we stayed at 7 different hotels, so that's saying a lot! They offer a coffee machine that makes on demand lattes, coffee, cappuccinos, etc. We would stay at this hotel again!
