Stayed for 2 nights in November 2017. Was welcomed by staff on check in very polite and attentive. Was offered assistance with my bags to my room which was on the top floor. The lift only goes to Level 4 and my room was on Level 5 but that really wasn't an issue. I had a cosy double bedroom which was lovely. It had a bit of a B&B feel to it which I found charming seeing as this was in Central London. Television had full Sky TV available which was ace! There was also a DVD player available. I had 2 peaceful nights sleep so essentially just what one needs on a business trip. I didn't eat at the restaurant but the menu looked varied and reasonably priced.
Visited this hotel with a friend on a cold Sunday afternoon for afternoon tea. The hotel is in a good location near Marble Arch and Oxford Street. The room where tea was served was very pleasant and comfortable with nice background music. It was busy but we had pre-booked. The waiter was very polite helpful and friendly and service was good. As we ordered the sparkling tea we were served a glass of Champagne which was nicely chilled.. There was a good size pot of tea and more could be requested if wanted. The sandwiches scones and mini desserts were all good. On this occasion we used a Groupon voucher which was good value at £34 for two people but would not represent value for one person.
shabby and not convinient hotel - steps everywhere what is not convinient when you got bags. Would not call it value for money. Liked to have two complimentary bottles of water in the room, breakfast was also good
This is a delightful boutique hotel which has good old-fashioned values of comfort and service. Friendly staff, proper waiters who served breakfast at table; no awful buffets or crowds here! The public rooms are well furnished and tastefully decorated with interesting pictures. Staff were all very helpful.
Beautiful three course dinner, cooked perfectly and lovely friendly service. The hotel is tucked away but also really central just off Oxford Street and a short walk to Bond Street tube station. The staff were lovely too!
Stayed here 20 yrs ago and again in October. Same quality. Great contral location near the Marble Arch. Within walking distance of mant London attractions. Ask for room 7. Fireplace, high ceilings, newly refurnished. Very accomodating service from ths front desk.
I went with a group of four friends. We were shown to a nice table by the window. We went there on a Groupon deal and there was a bit of an issue with the security code. One member of staff went out of his way to try and sort this out. He went above and beyond and his customer service was excellent! The champagne was really good, the scones were still warm and very tasty. I can't fault it for the price we paid. The dining room was very traditional and cosy. Would recommend. Top marks to Reinson our waiter for sorting out the issues and making it such a lovely afternoon tea!
LEONARD Hotel is at an excellent location behind oxford street. The röoms are very nice ...and the bathrooms so beautiful never seen before in the most luxurious hotels. The management has taken care to give every amenity in the room you can think off. Location is marvellous. Reception staff was very helpful. Would love to stay here again.
If you are looking for a comfortable hotel near Oxford Street and Hyde Park, on a good price - this is your place. Since it is located in a building from 1760, it has narrow stairs and creaking floors, but the conditions it offers are very good. Large and comfortable beds, wide and refurbished bathrooms, and a small kitchenette-at least that offered a family suite.
I've stayed at the Leonard and the hotel's museum is the best for me. The service is good. The reception staff are knowledgeable. The breakfast is good, but too expensive. The rooms are a bit dated. Some rooms are not having lift access
