I've stayed at the Leonard and the hotel's museum is the best for me. The service is good. The reception staff are knowledgeable. The breakfast is good, but too expensive. The rooms are a bit dated. Some rooms are not having lift access

I have to say that the location of the hotel is the best thing about it you have a close access to the famous Oxford street for shopping Rooms were clean and quite Staff friendly There is no specific standard to the room itself as every room is unique by itself Cosy hotel Good tv chanels offered

I visited the Leonard Hotel for afternoon tea with my family. We had a wonderful experience the staff were excellent. Extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make our evening special. Thank you so much Khan for making our afternoon tea experience a delight. We felt so calm and relaxed , which was much needed after a hard days work. We will definitely be returning :)

Visited Leonard hotel for the Royal Afternoon Tea and could not be happier with the service. Scones were very well made, the other items were on the sweet side but still hugely enjoyable. Wide variety of teas. Very professional staff. They were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. As for the place I would describe it as traditional. Some reviews say it's old-fashioned but I think that's rather harsh. All in all I would certainly re-visit The Leonard Hotel again. I could not comment on the rooms or the main meals so this review is based on just the afternoon tea.

Very old fashioned decor in my opinion , large bedroom .however bed is placed in the wrong position so that when the door opens everyone can see you in bed ..breakfast nice...staff need to communicate with each other ...I can't really say anything bad just that there is better value for money out there.

Stayed as a family during Sept 16 in a two bedroom deluxe serviced apartment. The apartment was located in the building adjoining the hotel. The apartment was absolutely huge, clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated in a beautiful character building (note no lift). The apartment consisted of 2 very large bedrooms, two large bathrooms, large living area with sofa bed and separate kitchen. Nice views of adjoining rooftops and local streets. The location is unbeatable for shopping, dining and London main attractions – walk, tube or short cab ride. Staff are very helpful. Unfortunately we did encounter issues with the apartment plumbing. In particular, the water temperature of the shower was on occasions extremely hot (temperature was unmanageable), making showers impossible at these times. Many positives to this apartment and we would stay again....if the plumbing could be improved, would make an excellent choice.

Best hotel ever , superb location just behind oxford St , wonderful amazing amazing staff , fast check in , deluxe rooms are big and nice , good restaurant , cozy cute english style lobby , very good cleaning service , daily free water bottles , i go to london twice a year and Leonard is always my choice . Thank you .

There were some strange things about our room (#2)e.g. for anyone wanting to read in bed, the reading lamps, on the bedside tables, were utterly useless. They only threw light directly above the lamps on the wall and it was impossible to read in bed. Also, the coffee facilities were hard to find and use. The kettle and mugs were in one location and the coffee, tea and biscuits another. The cord of the kettle was so short that one had to crouch down to plug it into the socket, which was a floor level. Highly impractical and uncomfortable!

On arrival we were upgraded to a suite, which really put us in a good mood. I love the location and overall ambience of the hotel, an elegant gem a stone's throw from Marble Arch. The rooms have old style elegance and a decent size for London and staff are very helpful. We ordered in room breakfast for one but found it was enough for two, although not quite as good as when we stayed three years ago.

We had afternoon tea at the lovely restaurant of Leonard hotel. The place was beautifuly decorated, our table was reserved and the atmosphere was lovely, very relaxing. The tea and food was really nice but what made the visit more enjoyable was the attention of the personal, our waiter was very attentive and nice. We will come back for sure. Thank you.
