Fabulous hotel, staff and accommodations. Located 3 minute walk to train or bus stop. Walking distance to big ben and london eye. Market on corner and great restaurants nearby. Staff went above and beyond explaining how to take train, offering help with plans to getting our boarding pass

Excellent location, exceptional staff! It was an awesome stay and I hope to return some day! The daily breakfasts were much, much more than I ever expected and the happy hours were a splendid finish to a long day of site seeing! If five stars is tops, this place is six!
