I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt well taken care of. The room was spotless with very comfortable bedding and excellent amenities. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and it was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service. I will definitely be returning!

I have to say, a gem of a hotel. Despite its location, (though convenient,it's hardly salubrious) a great hotel experience. Easy to deal with online, a high-spec finish all through the hotel; friendly and helpful interacion with onsite staff when required. The only thing that was positive at Líbere London was “Sarah” who greeted us. The room was awful and tired. We could hear the plumbing in our room every time someone flushed the toilet. The rug looked awfully dirty, there was not a chair in the room to sit in. We paid 1/4 less at Bermondsey and we got a full breakfast and a much better room. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

We came to London for the Kerry James Marshall exhibition at the RA and a nearby veterinary convention. Once we figured out how to find the hotel, use the codes, and get a key pass, everything else was wonderful. Thank goodness my daughter was with me! The concierge was extremely helpful, and they happily stored our luggage. I would definitely stay here again—I actually prefer the rooms to those at the Hilton.

Nice place and easy to check into. Worst shower I’ve ver had in a hotel and very noisy pipework above the ceiling, believe it was drainage pipe from floors above, noisy enough to wake you up at night. Will try somewhere else when back in the area for business.

Online check in and communication prior to visit was very good. Air temperature in the room was warm for my liking 26 - 28c and when trying to cool it down it switched off probably to save energy. Shower pressure was quite weak. Room was nice and bigger than many you get in London.
