Foi extremamente desagradavel. A porta do apt tinha duas fechaduras a serem abertas com a mesma chave, porém uma delas estava com defeito e a chave não entrava. Tive que me hospedar num hotel porque a agencia encarregada, Airsorted, não conseguia contato com a proprietaria. Só fui me instalar no apt no dia seguinte após a visita de um chaveiro. Até hoje não recebi devolução referente à despesa do hotel em que fui obrigado a dormir. Além disso perdi um importante encontro em Londres.
