Very nice apartment in a quiet and clean building . Very close to supermarket and lots of dining options . Close walk to tube station . Also its close for a nice walk through park and Buckingham palace .

Heater not working, they don't provide any support for clean towels or any other cleaning equipment. All the pictures on the website are incorrect. beds are old and terrible. I don't recommend this location to anybody. It is terrible.

When I arrived to the building I had no way of getting in as I had not received secondary communications for my room. I called, they are on site, and it was sorted very quickly. (Be sure that before you arrive you receive the room key information as they have the rooms setup with a key code system.) My room was similar to the pictures, just perfect size for my sister-in-law and myself since we were not here for much of the day. Bed is comfortable, couch (loveseat) was decently comfortable. Kitchenette was nice. Took a minute to figure out how to utilize the electric stove and oven as we were not familiar. (Lay finger over menu button or corresponding stove icon until it turns on) thankfully I was able to locate the manufacturer help guide online. In the bathroom there is a spot of mold above the shower, seems to be expected as there is not a ventilation or fan switch. Be careful with the shower it is newer and the floor is slick. I was wonderfully overjoyed at how well the water got got so easily too! The location is just a short walk from the Earls Court tube station which is a quick trip with a change or two for the jubilee or bakerloo line to get to the Waterloo area for some of the main London attractions. Overall extremely satisfied!

Great Location but ok decor

Pros: location!! Earl's court station is a walking distance within 5 min and the neighbourhood is quite and closed to many pubs and grocery store. Internet works great. Cons: apt is not as seen in the photo and is a bit out dated Overall, if you need a centrally located apt this is the place for you but if you want modern decor, this not for you. i would recommend this place!

Happy with unit. Clean and comfortable. Live lication near to Earl's Court Station and big supermarket Sainsbury's. Inly compliant is fridge is leaky and makes a lot if sound. Also couch not confortable after a while cushion shifts. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great location, close to train station. Good size at a reasonable price. Needed more of a clean before we moved in. Bathroom had a funny smell. Requested the sink to be fixed and mentioned the smell but nothing done. Got the impression they didn't want to talk to guests.
