Sheraton Grand London Park Lane

This was our 3rd trip to London but found the location of Sheraton Park Lane to be the best with a stay of three nights. We could walk almost to every tourist place we wanted to. The tube was very close, just 2-3 minutes away with fast access to any station within London. We booked the cheapest room, Classic, though it was a bit on the small side with the bed a bit too close to the door we didn't actually had any issues with the room at all with two suitcases (weekend-bags). The bathroom was big and almost half of the size of the room and the rain shower was very nice. Loved the shower. And loved the bed. Slept very good every night. Breakfast was italian style and very good as well. The room was newly renovated and we loved the design. By looking at the older pictures of Sheraton Park Lane I'd say good job in how you renovated your rooms! Had some issue with our breakfast wasn't included in their system though it was in my rate and confirmation email. This was however sorted out very fast when talked to FD on our last day. I had some requests before check in ans asked for a quiet room and a later check out due to late flight. This was all approved perhaps due to my SPG status. Much appreciated. Will be in London next summer and we'll love to come back. Thanks Sheraton and keep up the good work!

We stayed here in January the hotel is well situated for attractions, The rooms are quite small but nicely decorated, we didn't eat in the hotel but we did have a few drinks and they were quite pricey but that's London for! Beware if you move anything in the fridge you will be charged I moved a bottle of tonic water to put some milk in the fridge and was charged! Booking this hotel was a nightmare...SPG are a waste of time I wasn't sent any confirmation no email no letter even though the lady said she would send written confirmation.... when I rang to enquire about this I was told she had written it all down wrong! They couldn't even get my name right! Anyway I won't be staying there again there are nicer and cheaper hotels nearby

If you're looking for a hotel with a quaint Old England feel, the Sheraton Grand Park Lane might be a good choice. I was enamored by the bathroom tile and fixtures and the location across from the park was great. But the room was tiny, with barely enough space to prop up my suitcase, and I had to do a few acrobatic maneuvers to set up and use the ironing board.

Excellent location and a very nice hotel. Spacious room and a great lobby/bar area. The fitness center is incredible, perhaps the best selection of equipment I've seen in a hotel. The only drawback - it can take a while to get the elevator as there is just one in each area. The concierge helped us get tickets to the London Eye which got us on earlier AND saved us money!

Great Location. But unfortunately the hotel was under renovation during my visit. Also, when I first arrived to my room the bathroom was a little bit dirty so I had to call housekeeping to clean it. Other than that it was a good experience.

My husband and I spent 6 nights the end of April at the Sheraton Grand before going on a cruise of the British Isles. This was an excellent stay from start to finish. We were greeted at the front desk by Claudia who also took such good care of us during our entire stay. The concierges Richard and Nadir were also so helpful giving us directions all over London. This hotel has such a terrific staff and our stay was excellent from start to finish. This trip was also a celebration of my husband’s birthday and when we arrived back to the hotel after dinner we were greeted by a bottle of wine and the most delicious piece of birthday cake. We were upgraded to a lovely room on the Concierge floor which was beautiful and so very quiet and relaxing for us after longs days of sightseeing. The newly refurbished hotel was absolutely beautiful. The size of the room was great and the bathroom was very up to date with a separate tub and shower. We highly recommend this hotel as it is in such an excellent location. We are planning on being in London next year and we will definitely be staying here.

We loved staying at the Sheraton in London- the best thing was the cell phone that they provide for your whole stay- you can use it to make calls and for us it was amazing to be able to easily use google maps, trip advisor, Foursquare, yelp, etc while we were out. Very comfortable rooms and beds! Hotel lobby has a very strong scent (like too much perfume). Staff was very very nice, friendly and accommodating and they have a concierge. Great, convenient location.

My husband and I love to take advantage of a bottomless brunch and we have sampled many of the delights in London! This is one of my favs, staff are attentive, happy and continuously re-filling our glasses (always a plus) Food was great, large enough portions for brunch and very tasty! Overall I can not fault it, far better than the Meridian just a short walk up the road! Highly recommend

We had a great stay in this hotel. Very beautifully designed, nice rooms, clean. Loved the location as well as it was very convenient. Staff and service was good but nothing exceptional. Elevators really slow. Will come back again!

We stayed for only a few days but the style service and location were amazing. Having just come from France it was such a delightful pleasure to enjoy exceptional service throughout. Thank you! I encourage you to book here!
