The check in process was terrible, the staff made us wait 3.5 hours before we’re able to get to our room. Despite knowing that the check in time was at 3pm and we got there at 10am the staff kept telling us the waiting time was only an hour before our rooms were ready. I would have appreaciated a realistic time rather than going back and forth and asking the staff if the room was ready. The total wait time was over 3 hours. Because of the initial experience from the front desk I would not stay at this hotel next time I am there for a business travel. As such I would not recommend any of my colleagues to stay at the hotel.
Tried to check in around 4 o’clock and the room was not going to be ready until 540-545pm. This was for multiple guests I could see waiting also.
Great location in the heart of London. Friendly staff, nice property, across from green park. They’ve renovated the hotel since our last stay and it turned out very nice. Only down side was the water pressure in the shower. Had to run around to get wet. LOL.
