The location was perfect. It was easily accessible from Heathrow Terminals 2, 3, and 5 on the Elizabeth Line and two blocks from the Tottenham Station. The restaurant staff were exceptional. They made sure that my delicious breakfast was safe for me as I have multiple food allergies. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. The British Museum and theatres were withing a walkable distance.

We had to change rooms 3 times as the air conditioning wasn’t working. The last room was noisy (by the elevator and doors to other rooms. I just couldn’t change rooms again so we stuck it out. The concierge was great as was the check in staff. But we were disappointed with the air conditioning issues. It was not inexpensive so I expected a bit more.

Location is very good but the rooms are very tired. We had a very old and not clean bath mat, a toilet flush handle hanging off and tissue paper stuck in the door spy hole as it was obviously broken. Not really 4 star. Bar closed at 10.30 on Saturday night and no resident bar- not known that happen before at any comparable 4 star London hotel.

My room was small with little storage space. The carpet was shabby and there was a big stain close to the bed. There was no kettle, just a coffee machine which didn't heat water sufficiently to make tea. And the coffee capsules tasted awful.

This place was okay- hallways smelled unpleasant, room was so dark and tiny, the outlet situation!? (see photo) actually insane, and the tv has no modern streaming :/ on the pros- convenient location to the tube and fairly central to some shops & dining. Wouldn’t recommend but got the job done for my stay.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. While taking showers, the water randomly comes scorching hot and goes away then randomly comes back. We were unable to take comfortable showers. Also we checked in on a Sunday, and we noticed that the complimentary lotion bottle was empty in the bathroom. Since it was after 4pm, and housekeeping left for the day (as we were told), they said they would have them fill it on Monday. That was no problem, only after reminding them on Monday as we left for the day, we returned and nothing. Same thing on Tuesday. They eventually filled it on Wednesday after we went out for the day. The we checked out on Thursday morning. The front desk workers were very pleasant otherwise. I definitely would not return. I had two rooms, one was for my mother. The room was so small, that when you place your suitcase in the room, you can’t move around in the room.
