Wonderful greeting as we checked in. Lobby is beautiful. Room was perfectly appointed.

Very good facility, newer hotel, nice comfy rooms and bed, great service, food was good too. Very clean and upkeep was very good. Convenient as close to Heathrow and tube. Will stay again

Our stay was intended to be easy access to the airport, and the hotel met that need. It was clean and efficient with an acceptable breakfast. The neighborhood is about what you would expect with nothing going on, but if you just need an easy hotel near heathrow, this does it. The shuttle to the airport has a fee and is shared with the other hotels in the area, so is not as fast as a dedicated shuttle. Make sure you allow for a few extra minutes on both ends for that. Taxis are much more expensive for the short ride.

Comfortable and clean hotel with regular airport shuttles

Hotel is conveniently located next to the airport, staff was extremely friendly, and the bed was very comfortable. Only issue with the stay was the room could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. It appeared that it hadn’t been vacuumed too well, and the shower looked a little dingy.

Price was good. Room was nice and fruit basket unexpected. Only down side was noise from other guests. Heathrow not allowing hotels to operate shuttles is not nice. 5 pounds each way on hoppa is a cartel.

Excellent guest service, attentive, attention to detail, traditional hotel, high end, cleanliness. Loved the hotel, overall experience and will return. Highly recommend , including location and access to Heathrow Airport.

It's a good place to stay and was cheaper and a much better hotel than the Marriott next door. We had stayed there 4 days previous to our time at the Radisson. However, they have no free airport shuttle which is unacceptable. Also, the vending machine for tickets to the Heathrow bus was inoperative. Several of the Heathrow Hoppa buses have inoperative credit card readers as well. This airport transport business is just not on.

There was a room maintanace issue but it was finally resolved. Restaurant food and service was excellent. Hotel staff were all friendly and excellent with advice and help. Location close to Heathrow made the commute easy and fast.

It was nice but not clean so dirty carpet and hoskeeping put same towels everyday i mean dirty. No fridge in room if u like to stay longer not a good place because just bottel water cost you 4 pound.

This was a great deal with an online special. It was simple to get to and from Heathrow from the hotel, and we easily took the train in to London. The room was small, but clean and very comfortable. There were even free snacks at reception when we arrived in the afternoon.

My wife and her parents spent a month on holiday traveling Norway and England and this was our last stop before boarding the next day at Heathrow. Check in was easy and quick although there was a wedding party (about 50 people) also checking in at the same time. The concierge service was very helpful in getting our bags from the car to the room and scheduling our time for transport to the airport. Meal in the morning and at lunch was very good with a nice selection for breakfast. I recommend the eggs benedict only if you are really hungry. Only one thing I would change would be to have more access points to the rear parking lot other than having to leave by one exit point (with a ceiling so low I almost had to crawl out being that I am 6’9”) I would not hesitate to stay the next time I am traveling to London.

Stayed there for a night before a long flight and we were very comfortable. The food in the Steak and Lobster restaurant was excellent as was the morning breakfast. Definitely would stay there before a flight again, but wouldn't stay there to visit London as it is rather far from the city.

When we checked in at approximately 8 pm with our 2 children, the staff told us that the sauna, steam room and work out room closed at 10 pm. We planned our time so that we could arrive at those facilities at 9:15 pm and have 45 minutes to use them. When we arrived at 9:15pm, we were told that the sauna and steam room closed at 9:30 pm and that children under 17 are not allowed to use the facilities. We should have been told about the age requirement and accurate closing times when we checked in. Also, the rate for the hotel was high even though we booked well in advance. The pros: hotel is very clean, beds were comfortable and it is located very close to Heathrow airport.

Nice place. Convenient to airport. Nice amenities.

Overnight connection in LHR. First room was so hit it was unbearable. Had to get a second room but at 00:00 the 20 minutes that took cut into the sleep time.

Just needed a nice room for an overnight Heathrow layover. Radisson Blu was easy to get to on the shuttle bus (4.50 pounds per person each way, kids 15 and under ride free). Absolutely fabulous room with great on site restaurant options. Were served complimentary chocolate-dipped strawberries upon our arrival and felt welcome the entire time.

My experience there was brief, and I didn't try the restaurants, but I found it clean, quiet and comfortable. The free wi-fi worked well, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Location adjacent to Heathrow--unbeatable.

There was very little lighting in half of the room, so that when the sun went down, you could not read on the nice chairs and sofas. However our view was wonderful.

Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Exceptional service, clean rooms, just a great experience. Close to Heathrow, perfect for travel.
