There was a room maintanace issue but it was finally resolved. Restaurant food and service was excellent. Hotel staff were all friendly and excellent with advice and help. Location close to Heathrow made the commute easy and fast.

It was nice but not clean so dirty carpet and hoskeeping put same towels everyday i mean dirty. No fridge in room if u like to stay longer not a good place because just bottel water cost you 4 pound.

This was a great deal with an online special. It was simple to get to and from Heathrow from the hotel, and we easily took the train in to London. The room was small, but clean and very comfortable. There were even free snacks at reception when we arrived in the afternoon.

My wife and her parents spent a month on holiday traveling Norway and England and this was our last stop before boarding the next day at Heathrow. Check in was easy and quick although there was a wedding party (about 50 people) also checking in at the same time. The concierge service was very helpful in getting our bags from the car to the room and scheduling our time for transport to the airport. Meal in the morning and at lunch was very good with a nice selection for breakfast. I recommend the eggs benedict only if you are really hungry. Only one thing I would change would be to have more access points to the rear parking lot other than having to leave by one exit point (with a ceiling so low I almost had to crawl out being that I am 6’9”) I would not hesitate to stay the next time I am traveling to London.

Stayed there for a night before a long flight and we were very comfortable. The food in the Steak and Lobster restaurant was excellent as was the morning breakfast. Definitely would stay there before a flight again, but wouldn't stay there to visit London as it is rather far from the city.

When we checked in at approximately 8 pm with our 2 children, the staff told us that the sauna, steam room and work out room closed at 10 pm. We planned our time so that we could arrive at those facilities at 9:15 pm and have 45 minutes to use them. When we arrived at 9:15pm, we were told that the sauna and steam room closed at 9:30 pm and that children under 17 are not allowed to use the facilities. We should have been told about the age requirement and accurate closing times when we checked in. Also, the rate for the hotel was high even though we booked well in advance. The pros: hotel is very clean, beds were comfortable and it is located very close to Heathrow airport.

Nice place. Convenient to airport. Nice amenities.

Overnight connection in LHR. First room was so hit it was unbearable. Had to get a second room but at 00:00 the 20 minutes that took cut into the sleep time.

Just needed a nice room for an overnight Heathrow layover. Radisson Blu was easy to get to on the shuttle bus (4.50 pounds per person each way, kids 15 and under ride free). Absolutely fabulous room with great on site restaurant options. Were served complimentary chocolate-dipped strawberries upon our arrival and felt welcome the entire time.

My experience there was brief, and I didn't try the restaurants, but I found it clean, quiet and comfortable. The free wi-fi worked well, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Location adjacent to Heathrow--unbeatable.

There was very little lighting in half of the room, so that when the sun went down, you could not read on the nice chairs and sofas. However our view was wonderful.

Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Exceptional service, clean rooms, just a great experience. Close to Heathrow, perfect for travel.

Great restaurants & bar. Comfortable bed but have odd edges which can get your anckles. One of the best Heathrow hotels

The staff was very nice. The hotel is a nice Radisson, We enjoyed our stay / food for an overnight (for an early flight the next morning). The only disappointment - we booked a 5 am Taxi Pick-up the night prior to our flight. The Taxi was 15 mins late - no apology. It appeared to be the taxi driver (not the hotel's fault). I would stay again.

They've had issues with their reservation system so the hotel is often fully booked when you arrive, even if you paid for the room in advance. In these cases they shift you to the lower market Park Inn but they don't offer you any reduced rate.

Stayed here overnight before returning home. Service was very good, location convenient, room straight-forward, clean and comfortable.

Had a long layover and took advantage of great hotel deal to stay here. Use the free city bus to get to the hotel and back to the airport, and to even get to the tube stop from the hotel. The kids loved riding the double decker bus! The hotel lobby looks great inside. Rooms were fine (not really a view, but I got it for the convenience to the airport), but I liked the connecting rooms, so the kids could be in the next room. No airport noise, as it is far enough away. What mattered most was that the wife and kids were happy.

Price was better than a motel. Room fine. Great location for LHR flight the next day. No breakfast and the water pressure in the shower was low but can't complain

I was given a room and once I entered, there were suit cases, clothes, and guest property all in the room. I went back down and was given a different room. Very scary they would send me into a room that was not vacant. Once I received my new room things were fine.

The hotel was very clean really closed to the airport. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good it had variaty of food to choose. I would recommended to my friends.
