The property has two types of models: the new model rooms and old classical model rooms. I was placed in their classical model room where things are not neatly kept. I had no room service or house keeper for the four nights I was there. The hall way lights were very dim. The fire alarm went off everyday; when I asked they said they were testing it (very disturbing). The room's bread toaster and oven where partly rusted.

Cleanliness of the apartment and the facility in general

The room smelled like somebody left dead meat in the room. Nobody addressed the issue except giving me free parking. Horrible experience and horrible room.

The early check in and friendliness of staff while at this hotel

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was good for the price. Hotel was really close to train station which was short distance to Windsor Castle and Paddington Station.

Room was comfortable for four people and had kitchen area. Very close to train station to get you where you needed to go. Staff friendly and helpful.

The only good thing is the space. It is good enough for a family of five. Everything else is subpar. It’s an apartment hotel and it only gets cleaned once a week. The clean work is sub par. They left the cover of trash can on your dinner table. The location of this place is far from London and it takes train ride to go to London and it’s 6 pounds per person a day which you need to add it to your hotel bill when you comparing this property to others. The room we stayed also had drainage issues in the bathtub and we had to change rooms in the very late night. Everything is limited. Only two rolls of toilet paper per day.

Conveniently located for train station and grocery store. Clean hallways. Complete kitchen utensils and amenities for cooking. Cleaning should be done at least 2-3 times a week. Air con vent in the bedroom is not functioning. We have to open the door to get the cool air from the living room .

I do recommend this property. It has all the convenience of a high end hotel but also of an apartment, homey feel. Quiet rooms, great internet, easy access to food and shopping, easy access to public transportation, if you need it, easy parking, friendly staff, very clean environment. I really don’t have any complaints about my stay here.

The studio apartment was a nice size with a kitchen It's close proximity to the train station and bus stop both providing services to Heathrow airport. It is also by the high street where I was able to do last minute shopping for my return home. Getting there from Paddington was easy and the hotel is a minute from the station. The 140 bus is a 24 hour service and runs every 7-10 minutes depending on the time of day. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing an early morning departure from Heathrow.

It was close to the rail system and close to the airport. Staff was well dressed and helpful.

This is a wonderful place to stay - we had a 1 bedroom apartment. Small but wonderful! Staff was very polite & friendly - breakfast buffet was excellant - train & bus right there, but you did not hear any noise - i highly recommend StayCity!

I loved that the train was literally right next door. That is super convenient. When you walk in it was clean and inviting. The room itself was not well taken care of. The floors were peeling and really need an update. The kitchen wasn’t fully cleaned and neither was the bathrooms. Not filthy but can definitely use a deep cleaning.

Very helpful staff, fantastic value for the money.

Next to train station for easy access to London. London Paddington station. about 6 lbs to go in to London.

Convenient to Heathrow via LFR train or Bus 140. Arrived late and was welcomed with an upgraded room. Didn't have time for breakfast, but it looked quite extensive and reasonable (kids under 12 eat free). A smartphone with data provided gratis in each room! Very comfortable bed.

Regarding the cleaning schedule, as we sell serviced apartments rather than hotel rooms this takes place on a once weekly basis as standard. This also allows us to reduce costs overall for our guests. We do in fact have a provision to offer more frequent cleaning at an additional charge - £20 per clean for a studio apartment and £25 for a one bedroom.
