The staff was excellent. Helped me recover my lost cell phone. Also, helped ensure a good price for a cab. Will come again.

Pros -A minute walk to train and less than 5 minute walk to bus -Direct line from Heathrow terminals 2,3&5 -Spacious -next door to grocery store and close to other small shopping strips Cons -you will have to provide your own amenities stuck as lotion, plates, silverware, washclothes etc -although transportation is close, it will still take 25-30 minutes to reach Westminster ( the London eye, London bridge, etc) The hotel was pretty decent. Don't let the cab drivers fool you. They will try and charge you 35-40 pounds to get there from the airport. Take the train (GWR) from terminals 2,3&5 direct to Hayes and Harlington for 6 pounds or the bus for 1.5 pounds. The train takes 10 minutes and the bus takes 30. From the hotel you can purchase an oyster card from the train station and get back and forth to Westminster for about 11 pounds a day. The hotel is also not far from Windsor castle by train. I would stay here again.

I was there for one night. Lovely hotel and very good restaurant.

Good location. comfortable, clean room, friendly staff

The train journey is 6 minutes and when you arrive you only have to cross a non-busy road. Less than 10 minutes from Heathrow station to hotel check in. Check-in is quick and the staff are very pleasant and welcoming (ask for Manishe). The room was clean and comfortable - except for one thing - no arm chair. The breakfast was excellent - full English plus for ten pounds. Well worth it. Free WiFi. This will definitely be my number one choice for an over-nighter at LHR.

The hotel needs a bar downstairs with TVs to make it feel as a higher-end property.

This hotel is very convenient if you want to stay close to airport. The metro is literally in front of hotel. My only problem was the walls are too thin and we had a rough night one night where the room next to us decided they wanted to party into the late hours. The doors to the rooms are loud hence why we could constantly hear people exiting and entering the rooms. We complained to hotel management and they said they would speak to them. The room was great for my family of 5. My teenage son that slept on sofa sleeper is the one who suffered the most with the noise in the next room. The area is still developing but up the block there is an amazing hamburger place called GG's

Room was very clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel car park was full had to park at the train station nearby for a nominal fee which ruined the experience and no room service is available at the hotel!!! Full English breakfast was paid for the night before, need to find a better was to keep the good hot. I only stayed 1 night as I had an early morning flight.

When I booked the studio I was not expecting a kitchen or a stove. It was wonderful. The rates are beyond awesome. Love it!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast. Steps away from train station. One stop away from Heathrow on train.

Convenient location, spacious apartments, family friendly, courteous staff

Just booked this hotel as we had an early morning flight from Heathrow.

Great inexpensive option if you want to stay near heathrow. The area is a bit sketchy. But train connection to London is very convenient

only good if you stay for one night, after that 25 pound per night cleaning, and don't bother phone the reception, they will not pick up the phone if they do you are lucky, and be ready to pick up anything you need on your own downstairs, cause no one will send to your door. Be ready to clean the room your own the second day of your stay.

If you are parking, call them first, it's a weird setup. First room stank of cigarette smoke.

The room I booked was somehow not available. The staff upgraded to the largest available. Room was clean, staff friendly. Would like to stay here again.

Although the hotel itself is more like an apartment building with generic IKEA-inspired rooms, it's clean, affordable and an absolute breeze to get to Heathrow, especially in the early morning. The train station is practically across the street, and with walking, waiting and the train itself you can get to LHR in as little as 10-15 minutes.

Staff was very friendly and helpful; hotel is very conveniently located close to the train station; room was nicely decorated; kitchenette was a big plus. I will stay again!!!

It needs to be emphasized that this is NOT a hotel, it is a furnished apartment with linens. We stayed here our last night before leaving the UK via Heathrow. StayCity was very difficult for the cab to locate. It is in a bank of matching buildings and not the one closest to the road. Signs were small. We went in through a gated garage, and eventually found a small door leading to the elevator to the lobby There are NO hotel like amenities. No one to help with bags, no restaurant or room service. We came in late with a hungry child so the fact that the only food was a vending machine was a problem. The apartments have kitchens. And there is a Tesco grocery store downstairs but we did not discover this until morning. The photos are misleading. The lobby photo is not of the London Heathrow location. There is no pool on site. Further more, when I looked up the health club that we could have privileges at, stated to be a 5 minute walk, the pool there was NOT the one pictured. Decor was clean and modern but a little too much so. Apartment felt sterile and almost cell like. Complex is right next to a train station. I was pleasantly surprised I did not hear the trains go buy. It was okay. But I have stayed in other apartment hotels which did have hotel typical amenities, so this was a disappointing end to a fabulous trip.

this is a good hotel if you are staying a while - it has a kitchen and nice bed. BUT they want you to clean up after yourself INCLUDING throwing away your garbage at the end of your stay. They also put a 200 pound ($318) hold on your card - as a room deposit. There are no real places to eat or go to from there, you must take a train or bus to somewhere where the restaurants and shopping is located. online it lists this as a shuttle from airport hotel - but there is not shuttle service you must pay for a cab or train or bus from the airport.
