Great location. Friendly staff. Quiet. Slightly annoying to have to put on a coat to go to the gym in the Jumeirah around the corner but the gym is very nice and has everything one could want. Cozy neighborhood, close to amazing shopping.

Very, very nice hotel, with great and professional staff. Had great, quiet and clean room. Breakfast was nice as well, great location and valet parking. I’m sure I will use it again in future, no complains.

My husband and I spent Christmas at the Lowndes with members of my family and it was perfect from start to finish. We were guests of my sister and husband over Christmas Day and Boxing Day. We started with Champagne and Canapés in the Private Room, followed by Christmas Dinner cooked to perfection and personally served by Martin the Chef. Silviu served us and was particularly attentive to all our needs. We were made to feel very special. On Boxing Night, we had drinks and Samosas in the Private Room, followed by a Curry Buffet, personally cooked for us by the Indian chefs, with the ever-attentive Silviu in attendance. Breakfast in the Restaurant was excellent with a good choice of English and Continental breakfasts. We were very comfortable in our room which was quiet and very clean with a good temperature easily controlled. The hotel is very central and within walking distance of Harrods, where we went on Boxing Day, and Hyde Park where other members of the family went to for a walk. All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience and thoroughly recommended.

Honestly, am trying to find out a comment, but everything was perfect and more than expected. My first time at this hotel and definitely ill be back again. Thank you jumeirah lowndes hotel for making my stay full of joy and comfort.

Great area, but be ware it is a good 20-30 min walk from Theaters and the rest of the touristy attractions. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood on the other side of the Hyde Park. Rooms are nice, clean and modern. If I had to find one flow it is that rooms aren't very soundproof. We could hear everything that was going on in the hallway. Other than that we had a great time. Continental breakfast is good. Staff is nice, helpful and friendly. If you aren't in the mood for the hotel's restaurant food, right outside there are several excellent Mediterranean restaurants. Few local boutiques with designer closes ect. However, Harrods and other bigger shopping places and restaurants are about 10 min walk. Not too bad. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and we will be back as well.

This was a perfect spot for a pre-Christmas London break. We stayed here after seeing the musical Hamilton, easy walking distance to the theatre and also Victoria Station, Harrods and Harvey Nichols almost on the doorstep and the main museums a 15 minute stroll plus of course Hyde Park very close by. We were checked in by the charming Anca, but it is unfair to single out any member of staff, everyone we met or passed in the corridor was charming and polite. We requested a quiet room and that was exactly what we got, at the back of the hotel, perfectly quiet throughout the night until the building work started up next door at around 8.30am. The room and bathroom were lovely, with an in-room Ipad that we never quite mastered and a little sweet treat from the home of Jumeirah, a great touch.

Having booked in advance we had high expectations of our visit to the Lowndes restaurant. Both me and my partner work in the restaurant and hospitality industry and therefore greatly enjoy dinning out when the opportunity arises. It has to be said our first impression was not good at all, the older gentleman running front of house looked at us on arrival with what can only be described as a condescending look perhaps due to our age. He then insisted on checking that we had booked. This was to be a running theme during our evening however determined not to let this sour our meal we ordered scallops and two Parpadelle which was not without its difficulties. Our service was then taken over by a very personable waiter by the name of Rihards who did a great job looking after our table for the rest of service. When the food arrived it was certainly worth the 40 minute wait, each constituent of the meal added it’s own distinct flavour to the dish. The mushrooms and chestnuts combined beautifully with the herb butter that coated the homemade pasta and was a delight to eat. The scallops were cooked to perfection and equally delicious, both were generous portions but still left us wanting more! Compliments to the chef! Also a shout out to the doorman who assisted us when leaving.

We had a nice executive suite on the 6 th floor with a living room bedrooms and dressing room . The hotel location is brilliant moments walk from anywhere in Knightsbridge or Chelsea . Staff are excellent and it’s a well run hotel .

Just spent the night at jumeirah lowndes hotel. Really lovely boutique hotel very close to Sloane street and harrods. Staff were very welcoming and professional. Room was very comfortable. Only small issue was the bijou bathroom and the shower head being very close to the wall so difficult to get underneath. Breakfast was delicious. Good variety in offer both continental and cooked selection. Special mention to our waiter Levan who was excellent and very attentative and suggesting we try their specialty sausages. Really recommend a stay here.

Staff are very welcoming, positive and always smiling. Housekeeping service is very fast. Bathroom amenities are luxurious. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Bed is very comfortable. TV has variety of global channels. In room dining menu has plenty of choices. Food is delicious. Can't thank them enough for making our vacation! I recommend this hotel to all
