Location was amazing and very close to shopping area and Hyde park. Staff are not grumpy and try to assist as they could. Food quality must be improved with more Arabian flavors and make be a pot of Arabic coffee and dates for arriving guests

Had a lovely weekend stay. Our room was spacious with a good sized bathroom especially for central London. Great location for shopping/restaurants. Always love staying at a Jumeirah group hotel. They never let you down.

Location is great... the hotel is very well kept. The rooms are quite small but very comfortable and clean. It is a luxury hotel without being the most expensive. Appreciated the great service and the willingness of the staff to cater to our needs.

All of the staff took into account my needs due to a disability and food allergy from the hotel room service staff to the reception and management nothing was too much trouble even when I had to cancel the booking because of the weather the previous week which was when I was actually due there I will be staying again and they also welcomed my feedback from my disabled point of view and suggestions for the rooms

Always been a great place to stay for business and leisure. Team are great and caring , sharing the gym facilities with the Jumeirah Towers works well. Location is a major plus with easy access to the underground as well as walking distance to main shopping and business districts.

This is not the big Jumeirah hotel “Carlton” and instead this is just across the street. I like it that is small boutique hotel with great service. It is also quiet. Downside is that you need to go to Carlton for GYM, SPA...etc but I still love his place.

This is a quiet little hotel in a posh area of London Sorrounded by Beautiful cafe and designer stores The rooms are ok, cold small etc The Service is Excellent by the whole stafffrom housekeeping to Management specially of Manager Zita. Will recommend it 7 out of 10

Whenever I stay in London this is one of my fave hotels to stay in. Because of its location it tends to be very expensive but if I can get a deal I always stay here. Although the bathrooms are small the room is compact but the beds are the best in the world maybe this is why I like to stay. They offer a turn down service which is always a nice little extra and the staff are very attentive.

This is one of my favorite hotel which i stayed in it a couple of time. Its near harrods and best restaurants. The hotel offer alot of best quality things such as food services. Why i liked this hotel, its small and cozy but the rooms are small unless if you welling to upgrade

I stayed one night with a friend & to be honest I’m very surprised by the excellent reviews on here as I certainly didn’t have the same experience. We stayed in a entry level room (superior I think) I found the room to be very small & the bathroom was tiny & freezing cold! Breakfast was pretty poor. It’s only a small dining room & it was busy when we arrived. A very abrupt waitress looked us straight in the face & said ‘we’re full! There’s nowhere for you to sit!’ My friend & I were taken back by her bluntness. I felt she could’ve been a tad more tactful & it was a very awkward couple of minutes until another couple of diners quickly stood up & offered us their table as they had finished. I asked for a filter coffee which arrived quite swiftly but when asking for a refill I had to ask twice which I think is poor for a 5 star hotel. I am gluten free & whilst gluten free bread was offered the hotel did not have any gluten free biscuits/pastries etc. I asked if they could do gluten free pancakes but the waitress never returned with an answer. I eventually opted for a gluten free English breakfast. I was given fried eggs, a tomato, bacon & hash browns. Whilst it was very nice I was surprised to not be given mushrooms or any toast. I asked for it & it was given but by then the rest of my breakfast was cold. Overall I was unimpressed by this hotel & am very surprised by it’s 5 star status as the staff we experienced lacked customer service skills in a massive way. We even had to open the door ourselves to leave whilst the doorman chatted to his colleague at reception. Not acceptable for a 5 star establishment! The positives are definitely the location to Knightsbridge shopping & the bed/pillows were very comfortable.
