Everyone is always so friendly and willing to help. The rooms and the property is beyond clean . Absolutely spotless. I was very pleased to see a change in the hotel restaurant which is now a French bistro. This really is a place to call home when you are in London .

There was a strange smoke like smell in the suite which when I mentioned to staff there wasn’t anything they could as it was coming from the carpets apparently. This made our stay our stay particularly comfortable.

All of the staff was amazing!! Loved my time here! I’m so glad I chose to stay at this hotel. The amenities at Carlton were also great. Super accommodating staff. The only downside is the room is small, beds are small but that is standard I guess in the UK. Also, it was a bit dusty so woke up slightly allergic. Other than that, great experience.
