EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECKOUT: Subject to availability & charge at £19 per hr. Last hr before standard check in - Free. Please request at the time of booking or no later than 3 days prior to arrival. Unauthorised late checkout chargeable at £25p/hr.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF: FREE Luggage drop off from 12pm on the day of arrival.
Alternatively we recommend Nannybag or Luggage Hero with locations near stations all over London. Link will be sent in welcome message after booking.

WELCOME / CHECK-IN GUIDE available on apps automatically released by VRBO 3 days before arrival and they will email you the Welcome Guide . Please ensure you check it before travel.

We will be available to answer any questions before, during and after your stay 9am till 21:30pm GMT every day. Best to send us a whats app message. A printed House Brochure & Area Guide will be on the kitchen table with our contact details, etc.

PAST PROBLEMS WITH SMOKING IN THE BUILDING:
The building is strictly no smoking. However we do not have control over what happens outside our apartment. Past culprits have left the building so the problem should have disappeared, but please let us know if anyone smokes and we will alert the management.

LOCATION:
Gloucester Road is in the heart of the upmarket cosmopolitan and safe neighbourhood of South Kensington. Postcode SW7. Zone 2.
A short stroll past pretty cafes and bars to Hyde Park (approx. 15-18mins walk) and a shopping mecca of Kensington High Street to one side, and a scenic walk to Natural History, Science and Victoria & Albert Museums (12mins walk) to the other, the apartment is ideally situated for exploring London's cultural and culinary pursuits.
And if shopping is your thing, simply continue on Brompton Road, peppered with high end boutiques to arrive at iconic Harrods at the end.
With close proximity to key transport links it is ideally located for access to London Fashion Week shows, Olympia Exhibition Centre, Chelsea Design Centre and all London airports.

MID-STAY CLEANING ON LONGER STAYS:
We provide a weekly mid-stay cleaning for stays over 10 days. If you would like a more frequent cleaning, we can arrange that at £25 per hr and linens at £29 per replacement set.
