The hotel is very convenient for a short stay. The staff were very helpful. The Romanian lady Stefanie was exceptional. Only minus points were the air conditioning and not being able to open a window to let in air in the rooms and very little space to hang up clothes. Overall, very recommendable.

Rooms are unique small efficient, space-saving. Well-appointed. Very comfy beds. PRIMO location at great price. Bus stations and Subway (tube) station within a block. Great restaurants all around - 4 within the block. Their breakfast is reasonable, delicious, and plentiful. Worth it! I would choose this facility again when we visit London next time. Omg I loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, Shouaib / Tarek were so helpful and kind . I loved the breakfast : they asked for any allergies and prepared my meal separately. Sherifa the house keeper was very sweet. She kept my room clean . She provided me with extra towels as requested. I would definitely come back to this hotel . I’m very Happy with my stay ! I will definitely recommend it . It was my first time in London !
