The hotel was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The front desk attendant Josh was so helpful he recommended a few restaurants and gave me directions to the subway. It a walking neighborhood and very safe

Great hotel within walking or taxi distance to shops, food places and coach or train stations. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Only issues we had was a peeping noise from about 5am onwards (we were at the front of the property we think by the stairs to street level) - this noise woke me up constantly throughout the morning. Second issue was that when we went to breakfast at 9.15, the breakfast room was tiny with no seating available at all. We had to stand there to see if anyone was likely to be leaving soon. No one was so we had to leave and therefore couldn't have that breakfast that is included in the room fee. I'd recommend a bigger breakfast area as clearly not all guests can get in there at any one time. And you are charging people for the breakfast when they can't actually eat it. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

Stay in quiet neighborhood in London!

Staff were welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is located near (5 min walk) Pimlico station. Being near a tube station give you access to all historic sites by tube!. The room are small and carpet need a good cleaning hwr the bed was comfy. Breafast included and again the staff outstanding !
