The location of the hotel, accessible directly from the airport via an underground tunnel, is the big draw. It’s clean and up-to-date, but there were some annoying things about staying there. The digital room thermostat was impossible to read for anyone over age 20 and we couldn’t get it to work. We made repeated calls to the front desk that were never answered. And the hotel had no ice machine.

This property was really nice. The staff was rwally friendly and courteous. It's really a large property so be prepared to do some walking if your room is in the 7000's.

Waiting for such a long time for check-in at such a late hour was a disappointing experience. I understand that a flight was delayed, hence the large number of people for the hotel team to cope with. Nonetheless, as a customer, I expected a much faster and smoother check-in at the Hilton.

Great room given by friendly staff at reception. There were 4 teabags and milks in the room which, for a chronic tea drinker, was fantastic. Lovely shower and toiletries.....took a while to walk to the room, but it was lovely.
