The location of the hotel, accessible directly from the airport via an underground tunnel, is the big draw. It’s clean and up-to-date, but there were some annoying things about staying there. The digital room thermostat was impossible to read for anyone over age 20 and we couldn’t get it to work. We made repeated calls to the front desk that were never answered. And the hotel had no ice machine.

Convenient. Clean. Very accessible. Literally 5 minutes walk after collecting your luggage. We stayed there 3x in 2 weeks travelling through London Gatwick.

Very excited about stsying in the world famous hilton hotel chain but unfortunately it was no better than the premier inn chain we normally stay at . I did notice thst the beds where well used almost shabby and there was dirty marks in the whole of the room including the toilet . I wont be doending the extra money there again
