Staff very courteous and helpful and food in Japanese Steakhouse was good (although we did hear some guests on adjacent tables disappointed their choice of Wagu steak was unavailable - odd for the restaurant's special. We did report maintenance needed to bathroom door (difficult to close) fridge not working and soap dispenser empty. That aside it was a very comfortable overnight stay before an early Gatwick departure.

Spotless room, locely bathroom, comfy beds and brilliant blackout curtains. The breakfast is also excellent. Staff are courteous and helpful and the hotel is a short few mins walk to south terminal (or to the shuttle to north) and with added advantage of being under cover all the way when it’s pouring with rain as it was this morning!
