Our room was disgusting, very filthy and the hallway smelled of urine. We walked in, looked around, and went back to the front desk for a refund. They gave us an opportunity to select a different room, so we checked out two other rooms and they were both in the same condition as the one we were given. I don't want to be too descriptive, the pictures will speak louder than my words
It was a hassle getting this refund because we booked through hotels.com, the hotel representative said I had to contact them, she couldn't refund my money. Once I reached out to hotels.com through the app, the refund was promptly given.
