They should be careful after 3 days of leaving the hotel they tried to charge my card for almost 300 dollars for no reason. This is unacceptable.

Staff were great. The room itself was horrible. Very bad smell - bathroom door didn’t fully open making the clearing to get in frustrating. The balcony door handle was installed poorly. The handle was basically falling apart and VERY difficult to use. Parts of the walls in washroom peeling off. This was a very question stay. Very spacious room though so that was a plus. The balcony was a plus if the door handle was installed securely. The towels provided were also dirty. You could see 2 black finger smears on it.

I felt like I was surrounded by drunks, drug dealers and hookers. I thought “Wyndham” brand was a higher quality place, but there were cracks in the walls and floor pieces missing. The bathroom was mouldy and smelled of mildew. Nobody came to make the bed and clean my room during my stay ,ever. My nerves were so rattled I ended up checking out and going to the Best Western and paying triple the price just to have a clean bathroom. So if you want to stay in London and feel safe and clean, be prepared to pay 170+ per night. Because London has a drug and homeless problem and they seem to use this hotel too.

The place was filthy. Carpets in hallways were always dirty. Never enough towels in our room for 2 adults. There was mold in shower, stains on drapes. Mold on ceiling.

Very run down, not one photo on walls, curtains were stained and basically see through. Mold in bathroom. Nothing like photos I seen online.

Avoid at all costs! I booked this hotel for my boyfriend and I for a night because we were staying late in London and the photos in the ad weren’t too bad. Big mistake!!! The photos of the rooms are absolutely not at all what you get. The hotel is run down, smells bad, has garbage left everywhere. The carpet in the hallway is stained, ripped and covered in dirt/trash. The rooms are disgusting! The bathroom walls were falling apart, there was a huge hole under the light fixture, there was mold in the shower and there were long thick black hairs all over the place. The furniture in the room was old, broken or dirty. We didn’t sit on the couch or chair nor did we use any of the dressers. We extensively checked the bed for stains, bed bugs or anything else that could have been left behind. Luckily the bed was semi okay enough to sleep for a few hours. We left as soon as we got up. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Worst hotel I have ever been and and would not recommend, please go somewhere else. This hotel needs a lot of work and repairs before anyone should stay there.
