I felt like I was surrounded by drunks, drug dealers and hookers. I thought “Wyndham” brand was a higher quality place, but there were cracks in the walls and floor pieces missing. The bathroom was mouldy and smelled of mildew. Nobody came to make the bed and clean my room during my stay ,ever. My nerves were so rattled I ended up checking out and going to the Best Western and paying triple the price just to have a clean bathroom. So if you want to stay in London and feel safe and clean, be prepared to pay 170+ per night. Because London has a drug and homeless problem and they seem to use this hotel too.

The place was filthy. Carpets in hallways were always dirty. Never enough towels in our room for 2 adults. There was mold in shower, stains on drapes. Mold on ceiling.

Avoid at all costs! I booked this hotel for my boyfriend and I for a night because we were staying late in London and the photos in the ad weren’t too bad. Big mistake!!! The photos of the rooms are absolutely not at all what you get. The hotel is run down, smells bad, has garbage left everywhere. The carpet in the hallway is stained, ripped and covered in dirt/trash. The rooms are disgusting! The bathroom walls were falling apart, there was a huge hole under the light fixture, there was mold in the shower and there were long thick black hairs all over the place. The furniture in the room was old, broken or dirty. We didn’t sit on the couch or chair nor did we use any of the dressers. We extensively checked the bed for stains, bed bugs or anything else that could have been left behind. Luckily the bed was semi okay enough to sleep for a few hours. We left as soon as we got up. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Worst hotel I have ever been and and would not recommend, please go somewhere else. This hotel needs a lot of work and repairs before anyone should stay there.

Hallways dirty and not vacuumed. Smelt of cigarettes and marijuana. Room was clean. Staff nice. No hand towel or facecloths in room, only 2 bath towels. And ran out of toilet paper because no extra roll left in room.

The staff member at check-in was very nice. Otherwise the halls were filthy and stunk, my room looked like a construction site, and I'm not sure the last time anything was properly cleaned. This place is gross!

forget that this appears to be a old hotel which had a little window air conditioner that was taped in. what was horrible about this hotel even scary is that at 5:50 am of the night i was staying , a man just walked into my hotel room. the door was locked, he must of had a key and he just walked in to wake me. thank goodness i am a light sleeper, the click of the door handle is what woke me and when i got up i see the room illuminated by the lights of the hallway , i look over to see a man, he right away offers a excuse of kids running in the hallway and he was looking for them,, i asked how that has anything to do with him entering the room.. he mumbles something and leaves.. i quickly get up and latch the door. this is unbelievable, no excuse can be made for this, just if you cant feel secure.
