This 58-sqm apartment is located on the 6th floor with an elevator. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and dining table and chairs and can also be used as a work-from-home space. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, refrigerator, stove, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment doesn't have a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a superior quality mattress. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. *The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible. *In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a £90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

We booked for 11 oct to 18 Oct, we found that water issues in the kitchen overflowing, washing machine tapes were leaking to flood the hall, no one attended even after complaining it. it was not in a livable condition, so we vacated on Oct 14. They are not refunding the remaining days rent saying no refund policy. again, the security deposit is very high! very unprofessional, not properly replying about the refund, avoid this type of property. Stayz is also not cooperating to get the refund, it is disappointing.

Our stay at this stunning London apartment was truly exceptional. The property was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered all the comforts we needed for a perfect stay. The apartment was spotless on arrival, with fresh towels provided for each guest. It was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the WiFi was fast and reliable, which was especially important for us. The host was fantastic—friendly, communicative, and always available to assist with anything we needed. Check-in was smooth, with clear instructions provided, making the whole process hassle-free. The location was another highlight. Situated in a vibrant and convenient part of London, we were within easy reach of iconic landmarks, great restaurants, and excellent transport links.
