Great location, small space

Overall I had a positive experience. The location and neighborhood of the property are excellent and the apartment itself is nice. However, the owner lives in the apartment and the place is cluttered with personal items which makes it difficult to place luggage and personal items to feel comfortable. I think the place would be more enjoyable for 2 guests with the other bedroom being luggage storage. I was missing a few items that should have been supplied (bathmat, dish towel). The first morning I was woken up at 5:15 o'clock by a personal alarm clock left by the owners. It would have been nice to have two sets of keys, since we were 4 people and not always ventured out together. Little things that can improve this space tremendously. I think the biggest thing for me and my family was that it felt like we were intruders in someone's home rather then guests at a vacation property. If the owner would adjust a few things, I would be happy to book this place again.

Disappointed

Excellent location, great access to tube, shops, restaurants and cafes. Communication was difficult and at times non responsive at all. This apartment is lived in and clutteted with the family's clothes, belongings and personal items, which left no room to unpack or store luggage of our own. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable and the shower was held hand held only and challenging. Unfortunately we felt like intruders in someone elses home rather than renting a holiday apartment which distracted from enjoying such a wonderful neighbourhood.

Perfect apartment

The property was clean and full equiped, a very cosy and comfortable apartment.The location is quiet and safe. Buses and metro are at few minutes by walking and there is a Santander cycle station next to the property. The host was really kind and flexible with check out time.
