We stayed at this new hotel (about 3 months since opening) for 1 night. Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The decor is unique and interesting, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. The room we had was on a side street just off Kensington High Street. The room was quiet and dark. It also had air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The hotel itself is located about a brisk 15-minute walk to the Royal Albert Hall and about 20 minutes to the big museums. All in all, a very pleasant stay at a fantastic, conveniently located hotel.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Our Queen room on the bijou size but well equipped, apart from a lack of lighting on one side of the bed. A side light & reading light on one side but nothing on the other. Breakfast was excellent with good continental choice and an interesting variety of cooked to order choices. Would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely weekend stay with my daughter. The staff were fantastic, and although we arrived a few hours early, our room was already ready. The room was chic, spotless, and comfortable. The location right on Hyde Park was perfect. A wonderful stay, we would definitely return.

It’s a nice hotel in a good location- don’t expect a big room if you’re a solo traveller. The shower was great but the sink is impossibly small. I would stay there again but can’t say I loved the place.

Enjoyable stay - we had booked the queen room for 1 night, the room was smaller than expected with one of us having to squeeze between the bed and wall to get in one side. Good location with a tube station just 7 minutes walk away. The hotel is fairly new with a classy, modern feel.

I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. We stayed for 3 nights but for longer stays the lack of storage would be uncomfortable since you’re practically living out of your suitcase. Very unfortunate! Beautiful design and decor with no practicality.

Recently opened & ideally situated on Kensington High Street enabling great access to tubes/buses. Kensington Palace Hyde Park easily walkable. Excellent choice of independent shops/restaurants nearby. Can highly recommend Sally Clarkes for lunch or dinner. Staff very welcoming & breakfast cooked to order was excellent. Queen room was very compact so would request a larger room when next visiting.
