Overall the stay was good & our host responded quickly when I had a question. The house overall was clean except for the carpet which had multiple stains and the kitchen floor was a bit sticky. Otherwise, no concerns.

It's a safe neighborhood, not too far from K.C. (25 min drive). Although needing some minor TLC, the house was great! Our needs for the weekend were met.
