I was very disappointed to not get the room I had booked way ahead of my trip. I had also booked a reservation for a friend which they did not get the room requested also. for having to spend the amount of money I did I expected to have better service. Also the receptionist was not very friendly when checking in.

When entering the property through automatic doors, it seemed nice enough, there was a small room with food and snacks. I had to pick up a phone to call a front desk person which was fine, they were minimally helpful. We took an elevator to our room. There were two full bags of trash sitting on the floor outside doors to rooms and the smell in the hall was like food and not clean giving us a bad first impression. The room was very large, dated, but large. We had no need for the kitchen or the large desk but the spacious room was nice. It gave the impression of an extended stay hotel for older folks. We ordered pizza and the delivery person brought it right to the room. No free water, no amenities that we were aware of. Probably won’t choose to stay there again.

The suite was well equiped. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Plenty of space for walking my dogs also.

The woman at front desk never smiled and was not friendly. Our room was not ready at check in time and had to wait 35-45 minutes. The room had trash behind recliner and toilet set did not have paper band to show it had been clean.was dusty.
