Hello it was ok, could be better, seems to need in

We were there for 5 days shile visiting family for Christmas. For the price it was great. Had a refrig, microwave, king size bed, clean room and friendly staff. The only thing I did not like was our bed it was to soft for my taste. They offered a continental breakfast but we ate with family each day.

Nice hotel close to the strip and very accommodating for extra guest.

Great location, clean, and nice room. Easy to get to city center or any major attractions in KC without being downtown.

They could have a better food selection but the beds are fine tv fine everything was good for me

Hotel room had bed bugs and other rooms had same complaint. Had to leave at 1am and was denied a refund

Basic room with comfortable bed and affordable rates. Good value.

Not a luxury hotel but it has everything you need if you’re passing by the city or for a short stay. Check in and check out was very easy, staff is super polite and the room was comfortable. No noise, nothing unpleasant happened. I had a great stay.

Bed was comfortable and the price was nice. BUT toilet had issues: the tank would not fill again after flushing, therefore, it would not flush. The manager promptly brought us a toilet plunger, but that did not help. So I went to use the restroom in the office — and guess what? That tank did not fill after the flush either! Will not go there again.

Check-in was quick and easy--the usual--ID and credit card. My arrival came in the afternoon and there was construction ongoing nearby and I asked for a room away from the noise--no problem. Quick access to convenience store and restaurants of many levels. The property is close to I-435 but there was not a noise issue. Clean room and good price. Isn't that what the business traveler is seeking?

There is a woman staying on the first floor who is a hoarder; her room is stuffed with boxes, clothes, and even a cat litter box for her cat. She walks around half dressed without any shoes in the breakfast area. I spoke to a manager because we were staying on the 2nd floor and we had cockroaches because they can't get into her room to clean and they are coming up to the 2nd floor. The manager supposedly wasn't there. This place is a dirty fire hazard.

I would recommend that Days Inn corporate pull the franchise on this operation. It's one of the worst motel experiences I've ever had and it's nowhere close to the standards that I would expect from Days Inn, which is one of the motel chains that I frequently use. The wifi was not working the entire time, the shower in my room was not working and I had to take a sponge bath, the vending machines were not stocked and the breakfast was miserable. And the motel staff person was totally disinterested in any of these problems. Or he was nowhere to be found. This was such a disappointment that I seriously considered moving to another hotel, but I'd already paid for the room and the desk clerk had disappeared.

The hotel is obviously older and could use a little TLC but it was clean, bed was great and so was the shower. Some amenities were missing...no Kleenex, only one trash can, no lotion. These are minor but it's interesting how one comes to expect these and of course needs them when not available. There are multiple plug ins for all of our electronics which doesn't always happen in older places. The wifi is free and no password but I don't use those because of all the security dangers.

Unfortunately, I had to go to the front desk to exchange my key card 5 times during my stay. Every time I left the room, I was unable to key back in. The light flashed red and I had to go to the office and get a new card to get into my room. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. I took my shower at 6 am each morning, I don't think too many other people were showering at that time, no excuse for poor water pressure. The front office staff were VERY friendly. Honestly, they were very nice people and apologized for the inconveniences. The breakfast was decent, good enough to get your day started. Let's face it, this is a budget hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Location was pretty decent and close to highways and a lot of restaurants, etc.

Overall just your average motel. It was convenient and close to my sons house while I was visiting him and my grandchildren. Just good enough for a place to sleep. Room was kinda runned down. Low water pressure.

I don't like it. They manager was very mean. Bad personal to talk with.

Room was clean and smelled nice, but extremely small. Didn't have a safe like the online picture. Breakfast was kind of a joke. But the room was clean. I knew for the rate I wasn't going to get much, but it left more cash in my pocket to go out and enjoy my vacation. Would stay there again.

AC didn't work. Registered as two adults in room, yet the room only had one bath towel. Bed was fine.

Good location. But the staff are not so friendly. The room was small and compact but very good comfortable bed. The cleaner didn't replace the soaps until we asked the reception for some. The atmosphere was alright.

It was a small room and it had a lingering smell to it, not sure how to describe it but like "feet".
