Great little 2 bed apartment on a lovely little college town street. So much older architecture to see there. Beds were comfortable, and living space was sufficient. We even had enough hot water for 4 girls and one bathroom! Parking was not an issue, especially if you use the alley.

We enjoyed our stay here - it was comfortable, clean, had fun decor, and was in a great location for walking everywhere we wanted to go (campus, Mass St., etc.). Fernando was very responsive / great with communications. It was our first time in Lawrence - such a charming town.

Well appointed and clean. Short walks to Mass Street was a huge benefit! Outdoor area was a bonus. Loved that there was assigned off street parking. Would stay again.

Location is amazing if you are going to downtown Lawrence. An easy walk to concerts or shopping. Got back around midnight the first night and the CO detector was beeping low battery. I sent them a message and within 30 minutes a replacement battery was by the door. I wasn’t expecting that in the middle of the night. I feel the host really cares about the comfort and happiness of their guests and that is greatly appreciated.

It was a nice place, the air worked really well. It was easy to find and get into. Just didn’t know it was a down stairs apartment, so it was a little different being somewhat under ground. But over all it was a nice stay. Would recommend it to other who Ned a place to stay

So cute

The sugar skull apartment was very comfortable and clean. Ned’s were so comfy. We were passing through from a week trip and this place was the perfect fit for me and my husband. The only thing I would say that needs to be addressed is the main door to get in the complex needs to be fixed.

Perfect location. Will stay here again!

Property is clean and comfortable and the photos are accurate. Parking is a breeze and getting into the unit is also simple. Communication with the property manager was fast and efficient. Mattresses in both rooms were wonderful. The sheets and comforters were soft and high quality. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of spices, oil, coffee and tea. We will stay here again the next time we are in Lawrence!

Great location and property

Our family was in town to see a KU basketball and football game. We loved the property and the location. Plenty of parking and easy walk to campus and Mass restaurants and shopping. Property management was great.

Simple and convenient spot

I’m a townie that came back to visit some family and friends. This place was the perfect spot for my boyfriend and I to have our own space that was walking distance to downtown where we were spending most of our time. Would definitely book again. Thanks!
