When we first checked into our room there was a really bad odor that was all over the room. And when we got back from our concert into bed we noticed a bed bug and they weren’t going to refund us. The man at the counter just said “We can give you a room a couple doors down”. We didn’t feel like driving 2 hours home at 1 am so we took the other room and it had that same odor but worse. This was the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at and will not be coming back.

The Photos DO NOT tell the story

The hotel was unkempt, dusty and in some cases very dirty. The room had a sour odor and was not generally clean. My Sisters room had a drain back up in the bathroom that was not addressed until the second day of stay and there was no offer from the hotel to change their room. The front desk clerk was working a three day straight shift and was sleeping on the lobby couch. Overall it was not a good stay and I would not recommend that anyone one stay there.

Hotel is in need of a serious cleaning. Doors propped open everywhere, glass hasn’t been touched with windex in years, the room was so musty we could hardly stand it, the curtains were dripping!! We were thankful it was just overnight….would not have stayed here a second night.

Did not know I would have an outside entrance...that is a motel not a hotel and suites. Hot tub was non existent. Rooms either wreaked of men's cologne, smoke or mildew.

The staff were pleasant but otherwise this hotel needs a serious overhaul. Very dirty. Bedspreads stained. Our room was in a separate building, motel style, with a door that didn't seal.

Water pipe must have busted because they have buckets collecting water in the kitchen and hallway none of the security doors lock you just walk into the building! Key cards deactivated every time you need to use it. my room was never cleaned I asked for towels and they acted as if that was wrong of me. I was told I would get a receipt at check out for my deposit and the soda I purchased at the counter however that wasn’t true I was told I would get my deposit back in 24 hrs and it’s been 60 but no deposit in my account they have terrible customer service you ask them a question and they get frustrated never answer the question and just say okay, over all I’d give it a -10

Breakfast choices was bare minimum, only fresh fruit available was bananas 2 cereal choices no yogurt worst OJ I ever tasted. Never seen oatmeal pies on a breakfast bar, I guess that was supposed to be a breakfast dessert
