This was terrible for almost $300 a night. We have a daughter with a medical conditions that requires a hot tub. Orbitz web site and the hotel website listed and had pictures of a hot tub. This was tragic for our family and I would appreciate a full refund. The entire hotel was gross, unclean, unpainted, pool was disgusting. Elevator sounded like it was going to fall apart. They ran out of hot food 90 minutes into breakfast hours. The juice machine didn’t work and the bathrooms were so small our kid with a cast couldn’t even get in and out of the bathroom on their own. Horrible hotel. Orbitz should eliminate it from their options.

The staff member was very nice. However there could have been improvements with the cleanliness of the room. One of the beds seemed like it was broken, the other bed had something on the bed sheet (like a sticker that had been washed on the sheet and imbedded rather than came off), there was a stain on the chair, and the bottom of the bathtub/shower needed cleaned or repair or something. I’m glad we only needed to stay for one night.

Hotel is old but just ok. Our room was ok but a friend's room was very dirty with trash in room. Breakfast was almost out at 8am and when asked them for more they said you weren't making more and we could have dry cereal. Hot water didn't last long, so you needed to get up early if you want hot water.
