We were so pleased and will def return. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and easy access to outlets. The shower had wonderful volume and plenty of hot water! The hair dryer had great power ( always important and now won't have to pack mine)! The air conditioner was consistent. The room was designed well.

I am local to KC but wanted a little night away. The woman who greeted me was friendly and courteous, and thoroughly described where to find our room, and our meal the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable, and staff again gave a friendly greeting as we returned from our outing. No hassles with check-out. I would definitely stay here again.
Great! We love the hot tub, proximity to shopping & restaurants and the staff was really nice!
We were in for a quick weekend to visit my husband's family. The room was bigger than we expected, and had a microwave & fridge which are always convenient. There's a pool, but we didn't have time to check it out. We also didn't end up having any of the free breakfast, so I can't comment on either of those amenities. Iowa street is a pretty mellow part of town. If you want to be where the action is, you'll want to be on Massachusetts. This hotel worked great for us & was inexpensive, so we'll probably stay here next time & leave the action to the college kids:)

We like that this hotel is close to shopping and restaurants we like and we love the pool & hot tub. The breakfast is nice too.
Everything was pretty good. The toilet flapper leaked the first night, but it was repaired by the next day. The TV stations are lacking, needs to be an in-room guide and the TV should not be pre-set to so many blank stations.
Very nice and clean and the breakfast is fantastic. Bed was comfy and loved the doggie area right outside the door and walking path.
We come back to this hotel every year. It's close to dining/shopping and has a great hot tub, pool and hot breakfast!
Everything was clean, smelled fresh, frig and microwave were appreciated. Hallway was quiet at night. Breakfast buffett was very nice. Pool and hot tub looked great, but ran out of time to use them.
Stayed hear on a friends shopping weekend. It's near all the places we like to shop. We love the location, spacious, clean rooms, pool & hottub and continental breakfast.
The man at the front desk was great. The bathroom had some wall paper coming off the wall, and that floor had some spots on it
