Good afternoon Dave,I would never rent your home again for the following problems we encountered with your rental property and you being the host and cleaner :Upon one hour of arriving you call to inform us the the basement had flooded and the carpet was wet. You also told us that the faucet in the downstairs bathroom was broken. Well the carpet was not just wet it was soaked and never dried up. The theater room smelled like mildew. Those reasons were why we could not use the theatre room. You never offered a refund nor discount! The HVAC did not work properly. You said someone would come out to fix yet no one ever showed up. The heat and air could not be regulated properly. The night we arrived you sent your neighbor over. He came in smoking! We have to tell him to put the cigarette out. He use so much profanity that it made us uncomfortable. He ask for alcohol while speaking negative about the other neighbors. We realized he was only there to spy. The washing machine was broken. The snow was not shoveled! You had all your personal items piled up in the garage, we could not park in it. You claim the house sleeps 12, but there were only 4 parking places. We could not park on the street nor on front of the neighbors homes which cause several visits and harassing phone calls and text messages. We were so inconvenienced we had to park at a local store and pick family up. You had no garbage cans for the trash and told us to put the trash in the garage and later you complained
