Enjoyed staff room was just fine easy to get around close to malls

Breakfast, pool, late check out, next door to a place to eat, spacious room and great price, would love to stay again

The staff very friendly as always and for the price no complaints. I book through Orbitz get best price.

This hotel has construction in front of it. Miss the entrance and travel 5 more minutes to swing back around. Do not order G pizza carryout, horrible and rude. Go to Lake orion 5 minutes north (same road) lots of bars and restaurants

Basic hotel. Clean. Friendly. Constriction made it a little difficult to maneuver around in the morning but overall well worth the drive. And price.

Booked 2 rooms. 1 room did not have heat. One flooded. Every encounter with front desk seemed harder than it needed to be. A package was shipped to the hotel and I was notified when it arrived. When I asked they said nothing came in. When I came back saying it was delivered the response was "Oh it's right here" Plus constant situation trying to get the billing corrected

Stayed there twice. Once in a king suite and this time a double bed. Overall experience was great. Definitely prefer the suite, but who wouldn't? Will stay in the future. Staff was excellent and professional both visits.

We aren't in the hotel for long but it was clean, comfortable, and the staff was super friendly. I wasn't very fond of the room location one because the window was by the hall way so if the curtains were open, any passerbys could see into the room. The hotel also offered shuttle bussing, which I thought was a great idea but turned out highly disappointed for the money spent on it. Overall, though, our stay was excellent and we will be returning.

This is a nice quiet place to stay while still very close to town. Nice restaurant next door, with a few events going on. Very friendly staff and newly remodeled rooms.

Surprised to say the least at the outstanding service my cousin and I were treaded to. First, the front desk was friendly and helpful right from the start. I checked in and asked how hard it would be to get a cab to Palace. I was told a cab would be fairly expensive but if intetested they have a shuttle service available. For $20 we had someone drop us off and pick us up at the palace in a fancy mini van and were treated like royalty. They even let us chose the time to leave for the game(2 hours early) Now keep in mind parking at the Palace is $10 so the ride was actually $5 each. The room wasn't fancy but it was clean and beds were very comfortable. Hotel breakfast had basic necessities and the front part of hotel were you sit and eat has a 5 star look. What more can I say?

The room itself could use a little updating as the carpet was frayed and the shower curtain was falling off. For the price no complaints.

We come yearly to shop at Great Lakes Crossing. Was very pl ased with our stay at the Red Roof Inn. Close to mall and our room was very close to parking which was very helpful as I have difficulty walking long distances at times. The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and pleasant. Will be staying here again next year!

The hotel was a good value for the money. There is a great pizza/sandwhich restaurant right next door. The hotel provided a relatively cheap shuttle to and from DTE energy theater.

Good: Location is safe. Near the Palace of Auburn Hills (if your going to catch a Pistons game) Needs Improvement: Housekeeping did not do a great job in cleaning our rooms. Room smelled like smoke. Requested a non smoking room. The room (suite) that we were in faced someones backyard, which I found a bit awkward. Guest service was very apologetic, but not responsive to guest dissatisfaction.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel if I visit that area again that is where I'll be staying....the room was clean and there was even a personalized hand written note waiting on us when we got there. I can honestly say I'm satisfied.

Enjoyed are stay greatly. It was a little noisy to begin with, buy that only lasted less than an hour. Had everything we needed.

The restaurant next door, G's, was great! The service and food was great and fun but noisy atmosphere on a Friday night after the local football game. The hotel was not clean....paint flaking into shower from a dripping shower head; cracked walls; door jams filthy and dust was thick on television. The phone did not work, although the front desk did fix it and as well as set the clock in the room. Overall, not up to Best Western's standards.

Just little things. There was only about 5 squares of toilet tissue on the roll and no spare when I got there. Called the front desk and he came immediately. Found dried soap residue on the flat surfaces in the shower. Otherwise, everything was fine.

We don't feel we got what we paid for. There was mold on the shower curtain, the mattess and pillows were bad, the baseboards were missing in the room and it smelled.

The continental breakfast was wonderful. The room was comfortable but needed more pillows. The pool area could use some sprucing up and warmer water and a hot tub would be fantastic. There was remodeling just a few doors down with paint fumes.
