Breakfast choices were limited to mostly high carb foods. I'm diabetic.
First I made my reservation without problem they took care and the time check it they gave me the room immediately happy to comeback and recommend to everyone
Good check in even very late, clean, convenient sink outside the bathroom, comfy beds.
Room smelled bad service would not stay again! It is close to the interstate.... so convenience was the only plus
Closest available room for a wedding we needed to attend. Satisfied with all aspects except perhaps the check-in policies. When booking requires payment up-front, why require a card on file when signing in? I know it covers the hotel, but does nothing for me. I trusted you by paying up front, how about a little reciprocation?
Dirty, broken hot tub, broken ice machine, rude uninformed staff. 0 stars wasn't possible so i gave 1.
Enjoyable and relaxing clean nice location friendly people quite
I needed a night before a big job interview in the area, and I was kept up all night due to a drinking party. When I tried calling the front desk at 2am after telling the kids to keep it down, the phone rang for 3 minutes straight with no answer, so I just tried to go back to sleep. At 2:45, the guy across the hallway even yelled at them to be quiet, and I went down to the front desk. The clerk was finally there and agreed that kids running up and down hallways, shouting back and forth, and banging on doors was not okay, but he refused to refund my money or do more than just talk with them. I got less than two hours' sleep that night. The bed was not comfortable, and while the room was clean, the outlets for the desk were not easy to access for my laptop and phone to charge. I would never stay there again or ever recommend it to anyone. The walls are thin, you will everything from even three doors down, and forget even trying to sleep.
Although somewhat dated this property is very clean and comfortable. The king size bed was excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast bar was nice, delicious fresh waffles. When staying here don't miss a meal at Lucky's Steakhouse across the street! Enjoyed it so much booking again. RD
Have stayed here numerous times as a mid-trip stay over. The rooms are clean, quiet and a good value. Convenient to restaurants and easy to get to from interstate. Nothing fancy but comfortable beds and a very friendly staff. The T.V's need to be replaced tho as they are very old and the picture is not clear. The hotel has a high occupancy of pipeline and road construction workers as well as truckers, which contributes to less than ideal condition of the hallway carpeting.
Rather than crossing into Canada, and paying more, I spent the night in Imlay City. The room was standard fare, but adequatel0y done. The only problem I had was that it was a long walk to any restaurants - I ended up driving. It was a decent oasis on a very hot day.
Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean.. Location could be better.
With only two hotels to choose from, Super 8 was less expensive than Days Inn with a better rating. Only complaint - bathroom. Hard towels, little water pressure in shower, shampoo and conditioner bottles were very hard to squeeze.
I stayed at this motel on Feb 13 - Feb 14 2012, as I was in town for a work-related training. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was tidy, though it did smell slightly of stale smoke and carpet cleaner. I did not partake in the complimentary continental breakfast, nor did I utilize any of the motel's amenities. I was pleased with my experience and would stay at this motel again.
Small but nice. Clean, friendly staff. Located near grocery store and resturants. Had a blow dryer, nice roomy bathroom. No pool but hot tub. Breakfast was waffles, cereal etc. Small eating area but, quaint next to lobby.
Very good place to stay. No problems what so ever.
Good hotel, Great breakfast
Friendly staff, good location. Minor problems: some outlets didn't work and jacuzzi didn't work some of the time.
