The hotel itself was great. However the snow removal was not acceptable. It was literally snow shovel wide and slippery patches. If in a wheelchair there is no way you could have entered the building from anywhere but the overhang area. Not acceptable.

Before your shift start the previous staff member gave us permission to be in the meeting room since all your lobby area was full of volleyball players full teams and no seating area. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was very convenient and quiet. Close to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. The beds were quite comfortable and the breakfast that is included is very good. The blind in our room didn't work so it had to remain drawn all the time.
