The staff was very helpful and provided directions and maps. While the staff was following covid requirements many of the guests were not wearing masks. The grab and go breakfast had very few choices. They did not provide any milk or small boxes of cereal which most hotels are now providing.

Three location was wonderful for our agenda of things we wanted to do

The WiFi was really slow, but the included breakfast was fantastic. They served a western one egg omelet and even had crispy bacon instead of undercooked pork sausage. The room was clean, the noise level was low and we had a great nights sleep. Have stayed here before and will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Very fine experience....a few miles from msu...close to restaurants...quiet...clean...good wifi...very nice free breakfast...good strong coffee.

The hotel was decent, staff were pleasant. Room was disappointing in that it definitely had a SMOKE smell even though I had requested a smoke free room. The cable service to the television was intermittent and many times the screen would go blank due to "weak signal". Overall decent but not anything special.

The room was very spacious - two queen beds. The bed linens were pristine white, soft, and very new looking. The bathroom was probably the cleanest I've ever seen in a hotel, ever. The towels were also very new look/feel. My husband and I were very pleased. The free breakfast was nice. Not fancy, but a lot of options - oatmeal, cold cereal, little omelettes, sausage, french toast sticks, fresh waffles, fresh fruit, toast, pastry, juice/coffee/tea. The only thing I did not like is that the bulk of the parking is in the back of the building, but there is no way into the building from the back. You have to walk all the way around the outside of the building to get to the main entrance. Not a problem on a beautiful September evening, but if it were January I would NOT be pleased with having to haul bags around the building in the blowing snow. Husband complained that the Wi-Fi was very slow and choppy - he had issues getting some work done. Overall - a very nice hotel - clean and fresh, and the staff was very nice.

Although I was only there for one night, the staff was very nice, room was clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

The fitness room was open 24 hours which is key for me. Breakfast was excellent with many healthy options. Staff was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again.

The staff at this hotel was the friendliest I have ever seen. During breakfast, you were greeted and asked if you need help finding anything. The front desk was a life saver. My son became ill during the trip and the staff at the front desk was amazing in helping me get him well enough to get on our plane that morning.

Great stay, located close to the highway. Downside being its not within walking distance of much. A 5 minute drive will get you to whatever you need so it's not that bad really.

Really appreciate friendly staff...everyone was positive and smiling. We definitely will return the next time we need to stay in E. Lansing.

Average hotel. Good for business traveler

Great Staff, breakfast, workout facility and Pool. Room maintenance and upkeep were not great.

This trip for us was mostly business. We stayed here over the weekend (in Feb.) of the Deer and Turkey Expo at the Lansing Center, maybe a 10 minute drive. Unfortutunately, we didn't have much time for sight seeing, but was able to take advantage of their indoor pool one evening, very clean and warm. We loved our room it was large and fairly quiet. My husband and I share a king size bed, very comfy, and my children used a sleeper sofa. They said it was comfortable but slightly bumpy. We ate their complimentry breakfast, which was good, maybe could be a little better tasting. Our overall stay was excellent. Would defenately recommend it to anyone.

Hotel was conveniently located around the corner from our daughter. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed our stay here.

What was planned as a nice, relaxing weekend for 2 was good, but not perfect. After we were finally able to check in (almost an hour late). We had a fantastic room, only to discover that we had dirty bedsheets.

This hotel was what I would expect form a Hampton Inn.

Superior quality at similar rates to the low end budget chains.
