So much was excellent - the only complaint was the checking In experience. No one was at the desk and it took several attempts by maintenance staff to locate a front desk person. We waited 10 minutes. Also they did not give us any preparation on how to utilize the automated technology in the rooms

The only problem was that there at TWO hotels in the same building and once you are inside, it is difficult to know which one you are in at the front desk. I waited a long time for the person to finish in front of me, only to find out I was at the wrong desk. It should be CLEAR when you get the reservation that this situation is there. GRUMPY on only this item.
