When I entered the room just for 2 minutes, I found flle jumped to my foot. I caught the flee, put it in a cup with water and brought it to the front desk (midnight already). The person who was there does not agree it is flee. Then I brought it back, take it out of the cup, and take pictures. I just took two snaps, then the flee jumped away. I was looking at it, 5 minutes later, it jumped to my feet again. So I caught it, put it in the water cup with water. The next morning, I brought it to the front desk and showed it to a new person 9differnt from the previous one). She immediately said: it is a flee.

Great location, in the middle of the city, within walking distance to the park and many restaurants. However, this hotel does not have pool. The walls between each rooms are paper thin. We can hear people talking from few doors down from our room. The continental breakfast was simple; apple, muffin, bread, yogurt, hardboil egg, cereal, milk, coffee and juice. I will not recommend this hotel for family with children.

beautiful hotel. staff was extremely nice & helpful. the beds and pillows were incredibly comfy. clean room & bathroom. the continental breakfast was on the small end. wish there was a fridge & microwave in the rooms. overall stay was relaxing. definitely would consider another stay here.

This was a great hotel. It was Clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Hotel is in a decent location. Able to walk to many shops.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. The location was very convenient. The only negative was the shower head in the bathroom. While in use, it sprayed in all different directions. Would've been perfect if not for that.

Hotel felt as if it were vacant for years. Needs more polish to be ready for business. Room was not furnished very well. Mixed pieces and headboard of bed along w other areas were extremely dusty. Lots of dust. Not just a few weeks worth. Very outdated in general. Staff was very courteous.

Stayed here a few times while house hunting in Lancaster. Location is very convenient to center city, good restaurants . But if you are on the Chestnut St side of building , it can be very noisy when a local drinking establishment empties for the night. Clean room, very basic . If you pick the wrong elevator you may end up on a floor with nothing on it. Breakfast choices are very low end.

We stayed at this hotel twice now and each time has been awesome. I highly recommend.

The staff was wonderful! They went out of their way to be helpful and informative. I would absolutely stay their again! The only downside are all the one-way streets downtown, which makes travel in and out of the city confusing. Thank goodness for GPS!

Convenient, clean comfortable but the walls are thin. You can hear everything outside of the room.

Hotel met our expectations. Ounce the restaurant is completed will be much better

Room was very clean. The only thing I was disappointed with was the TV. Not a flat screen and the pictures displayed flat screen HD TVs.

Nice remodeled hotel. Breakfast was not very good and I hate having to pay for parking, but everything else was fine.

We never got there! This hotel is a decent price and walking distance to the convention center where our event is. It is not the hotels fault the days got mixed up!

Very pleasant stay at a place that used to be terrible. They've completely refurbished the place, and it's quite nice. Great location for all the things to do in Lancaster.

Needs to do a lot of upgrades. Noisy from outside and hallway morning and night.

Great location. Right next to many bars and restuarants!

Generally it is hotel where you can rest, nothing fancy. it is two blocks from the Pen Square which is the center of the town. The free breakfast is good. I was very disappointed when we arrived at 12:30pm which is too early to check in and we were told that we cannot leave our luggage with the hotel. This situation never happened to me before (travel a lot in the States). The front desk man was not helpful and did not want to help. We had to drag our luggage to the restaurant :-( I do not think I should come back to this hotel never!

The location was great, central to the main attractions of the town. The staff was also very friendly and helpful in guiding us to our destinations. On the other hand, the room was not anything special, even dated (think TV circa 1995). It was clean and served our purposes for one night. Also, the walls were thin and you could hear mostly everything going on in the hallway.

The hotel is being redone but the room was very clean, comfortable beds and clean bathroom with nice bath soaps. I was deceived when it said convenient parking. Its in an attached garage ,BUT costs $15.00/day . and every time you go in and out its another $4-$5 bucks. So, in 2 days I spent $40 on parking . The room is reasonably priced so it was still ok, but definitely jacks up the price. Convenient to get around city.
