I was not welcomed well by the receptionist that recieved me on the first, she also made me pay $50more from my booking with giving me a clear explanation on what it was it about. Breakfast was not that great. The room was perfect I liked it and the rest of the staff was good aside that receptionist.

The pool area was very cold, no towels when asked for them they said they could only give one evem though there were many more in the pool. They put a hold on card for any damages which I totally. But after two weeks the charged had cleared, called them to question they said it aill take 3 to 4 days to clear after checkout. It has been two weeks. Called again and they didnt see a charge and not sure what i was speaking too.. Them magically 5 mins after the call there was credit on my card

Staff was attentive and courteous. Room was basic but very clean. It was so unbelievably noisy that we had a hard time sleeping. Very thin walls and very loud guests! Made the stay difficult. Breakfast was just ok.
