Very clean, great staff and they offer a free shuttle til 10pm which saved us about 60$ on uber over the course of our stay

The room was very small, but did have a good view of the lake. It is right across from the beach which is nice. However, it is very expensive for the quality of the room, there is a pool, but it is nothing special and I don't know what the resort fee is for. There are no flowers outside, very little grass and lots of parking lot space to walk through.

The pool and hot tub were filled with bugs and debris. We used the net to get a lot of it out but then it kept coming out of the filter. We did like that the bicycles were free to rent, they came in helpful.

Right across access road from Lake Tahoe: closer than we realized when booking. Room was fabulous, many creature comforts had not experienced or expected

friendly staffs, nice location, and nice view from the hotel.

Awesome place. We’ll def be back!!! Hotel staff was excellent and very helpful. Rooms were exceptional!!!

The hotel is in a good location but the lobby is pretty terrible during the winter months. We arrived and the valet kept us outside in below 30-degree weather instead of waking us 5 feet inside the doors. this is because the doors are automatic and allow all the cold air inside the lobby which is also quite cold. I had called in advance for a late check-out and they had put "notation in my record" - however the desk agent made it seem like there was nothing there. I was told due to being a Expedia VIP that I was granted a late check out of 12PM which was one hour later than the normal check out of 11AM. This was apparently the "latest" check out that they allow. Our bags were transported to the room and we were given a complete and through overview of the room and resort. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant "Jimmy's" which was a good value for dinner - but a bit spendy for breakfast. We did not use the spa or any other amenities due to only being there one night. The room itself was nice - we had a gas fireplace and stayed in a "premium" room. I would say the cost was reasonable for this room. The day of checkout I recieved a call at 10:50 asking if we needed help with our bags and if we would be leaving the room shortly. I informed the desk that we had a late checkout and they apologized and concluded the call. 10 minutes later

We loved this hotel and will definitely go back. We loved the hot tub after a long day of hiking in the nearby trails. The view of Lake Tahoe is great and the room was wonderful. They have all the amenities you would need.

Lovely hotel with a great view of the lake. Very attentive staff.

Great room and location, very good restaurant and especially the cocktail lounge. We have gone back several times and it is our favorite place in Lake Tahoe. Being so close to the beautiful beach is really nice.

I have been to this hotel twice and always feel very comfortable and convenient, the location is close to those beautiful trail and also to ski, and the restaurant is very nice too. Walking distance to the lake which is always stunning beautiful. Definitely will come back.

Great stay, beautiful propert., luxurious accomodations, spectacular view of the lake and Sierra Nevada..

What a gem this place is. My husband and I just literally left this place after a 3 night stay to celebrate my 30th Birthday and loved every minute of it! From beginning to end, the service and amenities were above and beyond. We booked a Superior Lake with 2 Queen beds (The Landing was almost sold out at the time we booked and wanted a lake view even though we didn't need the two beds so this is what we went with). I'm so glad we chose this because I felt like we were given the best room in the entire complex. Our balcony directly overlooked the lake with the most amazing and breathtaking view. We even ordered room service for the first time in our lives for breakfast from Jimmy's which was to die for (their bacon waffle is a must) just to enjoy our amazing view. The heated marble floors in the bathroom and heated toilet seat was such a treat as well. Lake access was literally steps away which we enjoyed and was so convenient. Loved that the main strip was also an easy 7-10 min walk but the hotel also offered shuttle service if needed from great professional drivers. The gals in the lobby were all so sweet and welcoming and always offered us bottled water or a glass of bubbly that was available anytime during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of this trip and it was primarily because of our accommodations at The Landing. Highly recommend staying here- we will be back for sure!

The gym, parking, and proximity to the beach was great. The heated floors and toilet seats were a huge plus.

Room was very comfortable very nice view from the hotel balcony, employees make me feel very welcome

Stayed at the Landing for our Anniversary. The staff was friendly and attentive to all our needs. Would stay there again.

The hotel itself is ok, very comfortable beds and beautiful lake view; but the noises from upstairs: Walking, showering, TV... The worst part, the check out time is 11: 00 AM, and the house keeper knocked your door and calling you to remind you, even you were just 15 minutes late.

They had 2 Events in the days we were there and it made for some noisy neighbors
