I have stayed here several times. The room is good for the price. The location is great for skiing/snowboarding at Heavenly.

Cheap price with good location good for a solo snowboard trip

There is no proper Breakfast arrangement and sitting.

Good location...Perfect place to lay your head and board. It’s an older place so aesthetically it’s somewhat worn down, but it’s good enough for a one or two night stay if you’re not staying in the room all the time... Simply put, I would stay there again if needed.

Older facility but kept in fairly good condition. Location is within walking distance to most of the attractions in South Lake Tahoe. Room was comfortable but a bit on the cool side but we had brought a thermo blanket just in case and we did use it because we did not want to turn the heating system up too high. For the cost to stay, it was worth the money.

It is great for the money. Clean, quiet, great location. Nothing fancy, but a great bargain. Breakfast is very simple. Internet worked well. Nice staff.

The hotel needs updates the room are old and the beds are old

Convenient location, room was clean and reasonably priced compared to other properties. Exactly what we expected.

Comfortable and a good location for south Tahoe. Would stay there again in the future.

Very comfortable and perfect for a weekend getaway

Comfortable, but no food for breakfast. The room is clean but the towels is not. Somehow we always bring personal towels for safety.

Great price. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to everything in south lake. Saves you a ton

While the location was great, the walls were paper thin and the room was quite dated. They did have a flat screen TV but simple things like updating the furniture and bedding would help it feel cleaner. The room was very spacious though so that was definitely appreciated.

Over night stay. Nothing special. TV volume didn't work.

Nice little Hotel, its not big but good for a last minute stay, close to the Lake ( 2 blocks, close to the main road, shopping outdoor stores, and close to the big hotels and Casinos, breakfast may not all that "Continental" as is on other Hotels I've stayed at, you mainly get Cereal milk and Donuts (yes) the beds were comfortable, the WiFi did its job, plenty of Parking, over all it was a nice last minute stay ( expect) but was good.

Walking distance to Harveys for outdoor concerts is great, without paying lots of money. Quiet and clean. needs a little updating inside rooms and making sure locks work on all doors, including the connecting doors to next room. Friendly staff!

Will never stay here again - the rooms were super small and VERY DIRTY. We would not even sleep in the sheets - stains everywhere. The floor was caked with dirt, soot and wet with a mildew smell. There is a reson these rooms were half the price of others. Stay away, FAR, FAR away!!!

Good staff, great location. Really old rooms, nasty carpet.
