Highly affordable, clean, quiet and safe for a single woman. Great place to go biking on the trails just across the street. It's an older building with corks but very well maintained. Upstairs has got a great view of the mountain.

Did not realize there was no air conditioner. It was fine for the time of year we went but not if it was any hotter they provide fans but they make a lot of noise all night. The property was very affordable and close to everything we needed.
