Beautiful location. Spendy though.
The location is good. You can walk to everything, including the gondola. The room was moldy, and when we checked it the place was dirty. I am not really picky, but it was clear the bathroom had not been cleaned and there was food on the wall in several places. We looked at the jacuzzi, but decided to pass because it didn't look clean either. People cook in the rooms and the fire alarms go off frequently. The rooms are small, so they fill up with smoke. In 4 days, I think the alarm went off 6-7 times. Lastly, the valet hit the top of my car with the gate. When I called the attendant said "are you the guy who owned the car that got hit by the gate". I asked him why no one said anything, and he said they were busy. Now his manager is ghosting me. Gonna try again to reach his manager, but she is ghosting me. if you use the garage you should check the car over top to bottom.
Very clean and close to everything. Great pool and amenities for families.
Checked in late Sunday night and given a room that had not been cleaned. Bedsheets on the floor and trash from previous guests still on kitchen counter. Was given another room that wasn’t very clean either. Brown stains on toilet seat and food crumbs and candy on carpet throughout living room. This is simply a result of lazy housekeeping and no quality checks being done by management. Requested sanitizing wipes and housekeeping brought makeup remover wipes. They just gave us the wipes like it was our job to clean the dirty toilet. Front desk ended up bringing some sanitizing wipes and told us he couldn’t clean the toilet because he didn’t have access to housekeeping closet. I ended up sanitizing the toilet and requested for housekeeping to vacuum and sanitize the toilet the next day (Monday) which they did. On Wednesday I requested housekeeping again just to touch up the room and restock needed items and was told by front desk staff, Octavio that the room doesn’t come with housekeeping and I would be charged extra if I wanted the service. I told Octavio that was interesting because we received housekeeping services on Monday. He insisted the room didn’t come with housekeeping. Upon check out on Friday I asked the girl working the front desk to explain that policy to me as I have never stayed at a hotel before that charged extra for housekeeping. She said our room did come with housekeeping and apologized for the mistake. Never had so many issues at a hotel. Unacceptable!
Staff were very welcoming and professional. Great location and very convenient for skiing.
It was extremely convenient and walkable to everything! The room was very quiet and clean. Nice heated pool and spa. Great for families. I highly recommend this property!
It’s a beautiful and centrally located close to theater, restaurants and shops
They cancelled my reservation without any notice! Bad business
We stay here every December and never have we been disappointed.
Pool and hot tub were great, located right in the village with easy walking to everything, great customer service at front desk. Parking $29/day on site, $30/day in neighboring parking structure.
Pros: VERY CLEAN, spacious rooms, lots to do around, great for kids, hotel hosts activities every night, great for families with kids and rooms have kitchens to cook, kitchen was clean and cooking utilities all included and they were all clean as well, highly recommend this place!! Cons: The hotel was big, took some time to walk from the lobby to our hotel room.
The queen bed is very small and called trying to switch into the double queen bed. It turned out to a unpleasant situation. :-(
Speacious home close to all attractions. Noce and beautiful
Very clean room, fresh smelling pillows and comfortable bed. It was great having a kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, coffeemaker, stove, pots and pans, even a crockpot- which we didn't use) It saves a lot of time to be able to cook simple breakfast in the room and eat in your pajamas. There's a grocery store right across the street which is so convenient. The only negative is the parking set-up. Its valet only and costs$29/day. Price is steep- but we were willing to pay but wouldn't trust valet services. It would be nice if marriot has a better parking set-up.
